Went to Fresh Thyme and neither me nor my daughters code worked to get store discount but knew we signed up. Cashier Pippa used the coupon on the flyer to get us our discount. Manager be sure to recognize this employee! Your employees are the best and make this store shine!

Best quality products with competitive pricing. Store is very clean and well managed. They provide regular offers and coupons if you like discounts. For some reading I find products a little better than Meijer or Kroger on carpenter road. Store is located at a convenient intersection and finding parking is always easy here. Their organic products are way better plus they have a variety of nuts, grains and chocolates sold as open.

Fresh Thyme makes me feel like I’m shopping somewhere that cares about me as a consumer. I usually spend $55-$85 per week on groceries at FT as someone in a single-person household (amount depends on if I get treats/meat/toiletries). Today, they had a live jazz band and it felt so nourishing, community-enriching, and… well… fun. So many customers were smiling or grooving while moving their cart. Not sure if this is a regular event, I hope it is. It was such a treat to hear live music while grocery shopping.

This was my first experience at this store and was very impressed. The store is super clean, well laid out and significantly larger than I had anticipated. Everything we wanted was here I clueing vegan options that don't break the bank.

I have noticed in the last few months that the bulk section in the Store has been very clean like top-notch clean. And I heard that they have a new bulk supervisor!

First time shopping this grocery store and it was definitely worth the 25 minute drive! While the selection was great and fresh, it was not to be out done by the lovely employees who work there. Everyone was more than willing to offer a helping hand and a smile which goes a long way! It's the small things that count! Keep smiling 🤗

Went for the first time today just to see how the selection was..I had conversations with some of the employees very pleasant. For the size and a type of store it is I think they had a great selection

I always enjoy coming here. Excellent selection overall but I especially love the produce and frozen sections. You’ll often find better prices here than at other mid-tier grocery stores and generic items haven’t disappointed us yet. Go here if you like the idea of Whole Foods but you’re not jazzed about the prices.

Good place to go for organic food, unique products, nuts/grains refills, local items, deli, and more.

I like this store a lot. Even though it’s a “specialty” grocery store they sometimes have super cheap produce of good quality (green beans for 99 cents/lb). They added self checkout machines but also have staffed regular checkout aisles so either way you have convenience. Wish they had a bit more deli selection.

So glad to have such a high-quality grocery in walking distance from my apartment! And with good price of course!

Great place to shop. Friendly staff, fresh produce, nice selection of grass fed meats and fish. Easy to get in and out if you’re in a hurry

I love this place and the selection you provide, however I have one complaint. Without fail every time I go to the meat counter when a specific employee is working there I wait several minutes him to get off of his phone and then get greeted like I am a burden to him. I have always responded with kindness but it has actually gotten to the point of me leaving the store without making any purchases if i see him working there. And numerous times it's not just me waiting, there will be several other customers waiting looking quite agitated as well.

I must tell you how professional, kind and thoughtful the cashiers and manager were tonight in your Ypsilanti store.I have just returned from shopping there tonight and I experienced an overwhelming amount of generosity and care. Through a series of errors and mishaps on my end, checking out was complicated and embarrassing. Completely my fault. Your staff was gracious, and understanding. They went above and beyond and helped me to gracefully exit a difficult situation.Please give recognition and praise to the young woman in charge of the self-check out, the older gentleman on check out lane #1 and the female manager with glasses and longish hair all working at about 5:45 pm on Wednesday 12/21/22. They were wonderful and I have so much gratitude for their actions this evening.Thank you!

Shopping at Fresh Thyme Market is a good experience. The produce is fresh and varied. The meat and seafood counter has a good selection especially of sausages many of which I have tried and enjoyed. There is a large section of bulk items like nuts and coffee. Also a large selection of wellness products. Every staff member I spoke with was friendly, helpful and seemed happy to be there. Prices are reasonable and items on sale are priced low. The loyalty club runs on a phone app which you scan at checkout and can clip digital coupons with.

The extraordinary service I received from Ruth last week at the Ypsilanti store, in the Vitamin\Supplement department, is what prompted me to write this review! Knowledgeable, personable, patient and willing to go the extra mile to help me find the items I was looking for was sincerely appreciated and will keep me coming back. Thank you, Ruth!!!

A great market for quick pickups and even weekly shopping. Their selection is somewhat limited compared to larger grocery stores, but they do a great job of curating only high quality products. Good produce, great sushi, Boars head meats in the deli, and great bulk section. Exceptionally friendly staff too!

The produce at Fresh Thyme is always so good and the prices can't be beat! There are also a great selection of bulk items if you need anything for your holiday baking. Everyone is also so friendly!!

I love going to Fresh Thyme! Great fresh food and you can shop very quickly because of the way they have the store set up.

Great quality foods.
Good produce selection, butcher, and deli.
Have had great bacon and sausages, often on sale.

The pizza is not great, but does offer a nice selection for custom selections.

Nice fresh juice in the back and delicious rotisserie chicken in the front (if you shop early enough).

Sushi is pretty decent and only $5 on Thursdays (at the time of writing this review).

The soup and olive bar have tasty selections.
Some of the best honey-peanut-butter we've ever had.
