Big Lots

I am impressed with their variety of collections. I had no idea about Big Lots before. Excellent space to walk, clean and quality commodities.

Heather over in furniture is the best! We had an issue with a fireplace we bought, and Heather made it right. Not only was she courteous and accommodating, she made us feel like our issue mattered. We will come back to Big Lots in Ypsi just because of this experience and we don’t even live in Ypsi! Thanks Heather for being amazing. Our fireplace is beautiful and functional now because of you!

Wow - totally revamped, organized and clean. Food, garden supplies, bathroom items, furniture, bedding, towels, rugs, clothes, dishes, pots, pans, small appliances, drapery, shoes, socks, holiday items, too much to list

Pleasant workers here.
Store a tad bit messy and couldn't use some items being picked up off the floor or put back into the right area.
They have a little bit of everything here and easy to fond many things. Great and decent prices

I went to this location to see if there was anything new and exciting since they just opened a couple of months ago. I walked the whole store, interesting layout but it is user friendly. I left after finding a couple of items. The clearance section is not really a clearance section, it is let's try to sell broken items for close to regular price, and almost out of date food items for 90% of the regular price...not like when they had the store in Ann Arbor and it was a bargain.

The cashier was awesome. Not sure I would go there if I needed a specific item, but I went fo a shower curtain. Found 4 I liked and had to choose. Price and quality was better than anywhere else.

Whatever you need or want, you can find it here. Ever since the store has moved to its current location, it has more to purchase. All items are neatly placed and priced. The staff are friendly and always ready to help. Check it out!👍🏿

Great big store, lots of variety. Good prices. Nice and clean. I like that I can find the odd stuff you can't find anywhere else.

The store is more spacious than the last location. Plus its always stocked. Also the customer service has been consistently great every time I've visited.

I like going to Big Lots because they have a lot of good deals and things that I need so I remember men going there they moved to Washtenaw and I live off of Washtenaw and Sheridan so it makes it really convenient to be able to go to the new location I go there often

Very nice, clean , well organized store. Bigger and better facility but same outstanding care of service.
