I became aware of Victors through their commercials. We received a flyer and scheduled a visit. Victors wasn't the first bid I received, so let me tell you why Victors was different. The other roofing companies would measure, inspect the exterior of the roof and submitted a quote.

Victors was different in that they not only inspected the exterior but the salesman, Steve Fleming, checked our crawl spaces and attic. Steve was the only one to check the inside of our roof and what he found was very concerning. The shingles were so old that they were waterlogged and they were leaking through to the decking. Steve found that there wasn't enough ventilation and mold was growing on the decking. Without Steve going the extra mile, we may have never known the damage and mold that was growing in our home.

Steve did a great job explaining about the material they use and presented different options Victors provided and how they would fix the ventilation problem. We knew that we had to act quickly and went with Victors.

The staff at Victors were all outstanding. They were friendly and always treated us with respect. They kept us informed of what was happening with deliveries and scheduling.

When our roof was installed, the crew were very friendly and efficient. Victors used mesh to cover windows and the siding and to help with clean up and prevent any damage to our home. While they were taring down the room and installing the new decking, they had someone always cleaning. About half way during the install, Victors called to keep me informed of the progress of the roof. Another way Victors was committed customer service. The crew ensured that the yard was clean and no debris, trash and nails were left behind.

My wife and I are very satisfied with Victors and with our new roof. I would highly recommend Victors to anyone!

Victors home solutions is friendly fast and dose good work. They provide pictures before, during, and after. The rep Ronald White was great vary knowledgeable and helpful. I actually located myself out during the inspection. Instead of leaving hanging he offered to help me. I had my ex-wife bring me her key so I declined his help. But I appreciated the offer. To me that tells me a lot about the company and who they employ. He and other representatives answered any questions I had during the whole process. I have referred two people to use Victor already and I would encourage anyone looking for a good roofing company to use Victor home solutions. Victor's doesn't hound you for your business if you're just inquiring on prices.

Dakota and Austin came to our home to inspect our roof. They were knowledgeable and thorough. They were professional and answered all our questions. They also had samples of all their products and gave us a good explanation of their process. Overall, an excellent experience.
They started the roofing installation the following week with a crew of 14 men. They were very well organized and worked diligently all day to finish the large roof on our home and a 2nd garage on our property. They protected all our landscaping and thoroughly cleaned up when they were finished. The head of the project was very friendly and explained everything that was going on.
We are very happy with the results.
The office crew were also incredible. Amanda and Stephanie and several others were very friendly, knowledgeable and communicated with us regularly.
Shane, the project manager, came to the site and spent a good amount of time overseeing the work.
He is coming today to do the final inspection.

What an Awesome pleasure for me to have this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation for Victors. For Several months I have wanted to repair my leaking roof. However, there was timing and cost involved in my decision. I was watching the television when my attention was drawn to your commercial. Mr. Victors really expressed empathy, confidence and concern for those of us needed his service. I immediately dial the number and made arrangements for the appointment the next day. Hannah was so gracious when we spoke and scheduled that appointment and she really put me at ease. However, the man of the hour is Vitally. He truly convinced me and my sons that the work your company will perform will be of high-quality and timely. What a true statement! My work will start tomorrow and finish by Saturday. Marco was our sales representative. He did an excellent job introducing the superior products and ventilation that this company offers but more importantly, he did a great job connecting to us (the clients) on a human level. He was easy to talk to, took very educational videos of our issues, and was professional throughout the visit. In the end, the cost of this ventilation/roofing system was three times the cost of the average roof quotes that I have gotten in the last month but if the price was more affordable , I would have loved to buy from Marco. Marco is hard working, honest, and a man with integrity. I wish I could have given him my business.

The crew showed up on time and they were professional and courteous. They completed the job in one day and cleaned up everything like they were never here. My inspector who came out was not pushy and very informative! Great job Victors!

We recently called Victors due to a small leak we noticed on our kitchen ceiling. Representative Brian came out and did a thorough inspection and spent a couple hours with us. Very knowledgeable and professional. He immediately found the area and did a quick patch that day. He reported that our roof was good for another 5 years and recommended a repair in 2 areas, which we had done. The repair person was also very professional and efficient. He even made a trip back to the shop because he wasn’t happy with the match. We live in a condo complex and the rules are quite strict, so we appreciated his desire to get a perfect match. Prior to calling Victors, we had a person out who said our roof was shot and needed replaced. Our first experience with Victors was great. My only concern is price. We thought the repair was reasonable, but the price to replace was a lot higher than previous quotes.

The company that sold and installed our roof 20 years ago would come out to "fix" the leaks we were experiencing. But the leaks continued. For 4 or 5 years. Eventually they stopped returning our calls. Despite the 10 years warranty we have left on our roof tiles. We got another roof company to come out and they went into our attic and then told us they fixed it, at no charge, and left a quote for a new roof, but said they couldn't come out anymore if it continued to leak. It did continue. Some companies we called refused to come out to repair our leaks. They were only interested in selling us a new roof.
Then we heard about Victors Home Solutions. They came out and went into our attic and took pictures, measurements. Then they did the same thing on the outside of our roof. The next day we received a detailed quote, complete with a dozen or so photos, to fix our problem.
We hired Victors Home Solutions. They showed up the day they scheduled, spent a few hours on the job and left a clean work area. The polite young man, when finished, even ran a magnet across our lawn to find any nails that may have fallen onto our yard during his work. As dog owners, that was much appreciated.
The repairman while working on our roof took photos from beginning to the completion of the job, from inside and outside the roof. It looks great.
It's rained a few times since the repair and so far, no leaks. It's too early to say if the work is successful, but based on what we have experienced with them, we feel confident we hired the right company.
Everyone we delt with from Victors Home Solutions, the salesman, the repairman, people who man the phones were all first rate. They always seemed glad to answer all our questions. They are a first-rate company.

Victors was quick and efficient . The job was quoted on Wednesday, dumpster was delivered Thursday and job completed Friday morning! The dumpster was removed shortly after completion. The yard was cleaned very well which was important to me since I have a dog and so do neighbors. Very pleased, and I recommend Victors wholeheartedly!

These guys were awesome to work with. We had hail damage to roof and gutters. They replaced all and did fantastic work. Protected our landscaping, cleaned up spotless, were prompt to start the project and extremely friendly. Perhaps the best contractor I’ve ever hired!

John came out to look at improper installation of roofing material that had been applied by another contractor.

He was very knowledgeable and quickly confirmed some concern areas I had. He offered a solution through Victor Home Solutions that would correct the concerns I was having.

Most importantly, John understood that I was still working with the contractor who installed my roof. He left his information in the event the contractor wouldn't correct the problem. John wasn't too pushy with closing a sale and was respectful of my situation while offering insight that would help me take the next steps I needed to solve my roofing issues.

I found everyone with whom I had contact with to be very pleasant to work with. The Inspectors were very efficient and found issues I was not aware of.
The Roofers were very efficient and did an excellent job. They arrived on time, went right to work while protecting my landscape.
When finished, they did a great job of cleaning up. making sure no nails were left on the driveway.

Victor's roofing reps came out and inspected the area of a leak we were experiencing after some negative freezing temps. Showed us what they recommend and discussed with us so that we fully understood what we could both afford and what would work for us. Dakota and Alejandro were thorough and spent a good 2hrs with us, answering all questions completely and with detailed explanation. The crew came out and worked in the cold/snow and did a fantastic job. Gutter crew was fast and professional and after the snow melted the roof crew returned to do a thorough cleanup. From start to finish we are extremely pleased with Victor's roofing. A+ Highly recommended.

The salesman Dustin was very professional, on time, and helped walk me thru every step of the job. Financing help was also provided, and Dustin worked out a deal I could handle. Roof repair set up quickly. Material and dumpster arrived on time. Team Hugo arrived shortly after. They were Great and my roof was torn off and replaced by about 1:30 pm Same Day. They were moving to their music which I also enjoyed. They were careful about my garden and plants. Excellent cleanup. Hugo walked my around for inspection. Didn't leave till I checked everything. Wonderful crew.

From the start Victor's Home Solutions was committed to making sure we were taking care of. They weren't pushy in their sales. We knew what we needed and they gave us a fair price for our one and half story farmhouse roof replacement along with blow in insulation for our upstairs attic. I contacted Victors Home Solutions to remedy a roof leak. A representative inspected the roof, offered a solution, gave a set price, and offered financing. I requested two conditions from Victors, they do what they say they’re going to do and if they can’t make an appointment, give me sufficient notice so I don’t waste my time. Victors delivered everything….hence the 5 star rating.

Victor's replaced the roof on my 100-year old roof and garage and did an excellent job. The staff is amazing--from the salesperson to the supervisors to the roofers. Lots of boards needed to be replaced and the job was done in about 1.5 days. Clean up was immaculate and my roofs look awesome! I recommend Victor's!
