This is a legal and profession debt collection service. I come here to make payments on a defaulted loan and I am very happy with the service here. I always am recieved warmly, collect a receipt and do not have to wait. I've worked with other organizations in the past with false and accusatory threats and this company does not act in that manner. Easy to work with and located near the expressway.

Accounts over 10 yrs old. Unfortunately I was just a co signer and still taking my taxes instead of the person who I co signed for at the time. I was paying for going over mileage on a lease and wouldn’t budge on making a deal.

They keep harassing over a debt from over 10 years ago. You've tried to garnish me for the past ten years and nothing but by all means continue to waste your time and money

Paid off my garnishment IN FULL. They still took two extra garnishments from me and didn't write my employer that the debt had been paid in full. Called and talked to a Maria who was zero help. She kept blaming the addt'l garnishments on my employer. Well I don't pay them I pay you and I PAID IN FULL. Terrible company. Make sure you follow up with them and follow up early or they'll take advantage of you. Oh, and good luck trying to get someone to call you back. I can't even remember how many voicemails I left.
I feel sorry for you if you have to work with this company.

I was sent to this collection agency for being 2 weeks late on a payment because my mom was sick in the hospital and I had to cover most of the expenses. I tried to call ford credit to make a payment they didn’t even submit the collections yet I had to wait 30-40 mins. I work 90 hours a week. I don’t have time to be sitting on the phone with these people. I asked if I could have my fiancé speak on my behalf and they say it has to be “faxed” Which is a joke!!!! Second I wanted to put a payment on it since I don’t get much free time to talk during the day and they said they couldn’t discuss anything because my worker was at lunch! Well this is the only time I’m available & if my fiancé and I are trying to give you money don’t you think you should take it before I don’t pay you a dime? No, they don’t even accept debit cards or bank information. They want a money order or check. You need to update your office. Idk how your ever going to get money when that’s all you accept. I just told you I work 90 hours a week when do you think I have time to stop at my bank and get checks or go to a party store to get a money order! This is going to be fun!
