Brittany was a great choice for us as first time home buyers! Throughout the process she made herself available to us if we had questions or if there were homes we were interested in. There were a lot of things we didn't know and she made herself available to explain those things to us and point out stuff we wouldn't have thought about on our own. She was very insightful on the homes in the area we were looking at and warned us away from some homes to save us the time and hassle of looking only to be let down. She had recommendations for us that helped make the process easier, such as recommending our awesome mortgage broker Zach. On days we were touring houses, she was super accommodating to our schedules. When there were other houses we brought to her attention, she managed to get us tours that same day. Her knowledge about the houses themselves were really useful to us, as there were things we wouldn't have noticed on our own like a bad roof or drainage that might present a problem down the line. When we found a home we loved, she recommended an offer that ultimately beat out other backup offers. Overall, Brittany was super friendly, accommodating, and knowledgeable. She will definitely be the first person I recommend to anyone looking to start the home buying process!

We were matched with Avery through Rocket Mortgage; at every step of the home searching and buying process, Avery was attentive, honest and amazing - it felt like we were looking at houses with a friend. One house we looked at had a few red flags and she stopped us before we’d even looked at the upstairs and said, “this isn’t it, we can leave”, and we completely agreed so we left.
