I dealt with Gina D. at Adapt Health over the phone this morning. Before being transferred to her, I was pretty frustrated with the experience of trying to get a replacement CPAP machine — and at the rate things were progressing, I was concerned that I wouldn’t get it done before year-end.

Gina corrected misstatements that others had made on the phone; she figured out what Adapt Health still needed in order to get me a device; she responded to me as soon as she received my additional paperwork — and before I knew it, she had me set up for an appointment tomorrow afternoon.

Gina had answers, solutions, and great customer service.

Thanks to Jeff Copeland my husband and I got a great night sleep! Jeff went beyond the call of duty by making himself available after I was home from work and coached me through our CPAP replacement machine set up. Amazing customer service!

Kristi at the Hastings location has been an absolute delight to work with. She is very thorough and makes sure I understand how all of my equipment works, how billing works and how to reorder my supplies. I can't say enough good things about her. As for the company I am very pleased with how everything has gone in my process of renewing my CPAP prescription. Customer satisfaction is definitely your top priority.

I’m a brand new CPAP user and have struggled quite a bit. Jeff Copeland does the best job helping me troubleshoot my issues. He takes his job very seriously and truly wants everyone to have the best sleep possible. He’s extremely knowledgeable and easy to talk to. I’m very happy I get to work with him on this journey.

Phone contacts were wonderful- best phone contact people in a system that I have seen (Amanda & Gina). Jeffery was a fantastic equipment specialist. I enjoyed my time with him and his complete knowledge of the equipment. Don't ever lose this man- he is valuable to your company. I appreciated the fact that you are a people focused company . Did not like St. Paul as it is too crime ridden for a country boy like me although I spent most of my spare time as a youth in downtown St. Paul which was much different and safer then. As a ten year old, I would ride the bus alone to downtown after hiking miles to a bus pickup point, and, my future wife would do the same alone to her skating lessons in Midway from an Olympic gold medalist. People use to smile, say hello, and look out for others.

Although I have had CPAP for many years, she still ran through everything on new machine. What was positive was she didn’t waste my time. Although she was fast and efficient, she didn’t rush through things and answered all my questions. She didn’t make me wait. I was early and she still saw me early

We all know how amazing it is in life when we find someone who really, truly CARES ABOUT PEOPLE. When my CPAP machine was not working, Jeff Copeland didn't want me to go one more night without a CPAP machine, so he made a special appointment for me right away. He set me up with a working machine. Better than anyone else, he found the right mask for me and showed me exactly what I needed to do to operate the machine correctly. He checked back with me to make sure my therapy was working. I am so thankful for Jeff. Without him, I would have probably given up on CPAP therapy, and having CPAP therapy available to me has really changed my life.

Jeff is knowledgeable, compassionate, committed to achieving the best possible outcome for his clients. He went above and beyond for me. I’ve been using a CPAP for 15 years and he is the best technician by far!! 10 stars if possible.

My fully charges portable oxygen just turned off for no apparent reason the night before I had a procedure at a hospital, . Called AdaptHealth and was transferred to an on-call person who said it overheated, and to remove the battery overnight and plug it in, in the morning. That worked for a day, and it just turned off and wouldn't turn on 10 minutes after leaving the house. Since I can't be without my oxygen, I decided to go to AdaptHealth on Westgate Dr. in St. Paul for help.
When we told all of this to Kirstin, she immediately got me a new, different portable oxygen. She was so helpful and kind, and gave me a business card, so we could call her with any other issues. Thank you, Kirstin!

Was having issues with my CPAP mask and initial settings as prescribed. Was fortunate enough to come in contact with Jeff Copeland at Adapthealth and arranged a visit to his office. It was the best thing I could have done as I received a different mask and discussed how to go forward. Jeff was instrumental in getting my issues resolved in a day or so! Had my best night last night with only 3.49 events per hour! Couldn't be more grateful! Thank you Jeff for a great job!!
