After leaving Tires Plus, where they tried to sell me unnecessary services over and over again, I received a recommendation from my neighbor to try Brausen. I recently had two oil changes at Brausen, and I have to say, I'm very impressed by their professionalism and their super nice and inviting waiting area with the best coffee I've had at a car shop. Moreover, each oil change also comes with a free car wash. I'll definitely be back.

I've been taking my cars/trucks to Brausen's for 24 years (since I was 16), and can say that they are easily the best place around! They're everything you look for in an auto shop--professional, highly skilled, honest, trustworthy, friendly, and genuine. I cannot say enough good things about them, and ALWAYS suggest them whenever anyone asks where to take their cars/trucks! If I could give 10 stars, I would.

Absolutely love this place! Their customer service is off the charts good. We’ve brought 3 vehicles in within the last year and a half for new tires and they’re such good quality we still haven’t needed to replace them. Used to have to replace the truck tires after 9-12 months, now they’re lasting longer. We had a leak in the truck tire and they set us up for an appointment at our convenience and had it fixed for no charge within a few hours. Definitely will be returning customers for any tire needs we have. Highly recommend to anyone that is in need of good quality tires.

Brausen Family Auto took care of my daughter's car while she was away at college. Very friendly and professional. Gave me options and confirmed everything with me remotely. My daughter had a great experience!!! Definitely recommend this shop!

I’ve been going to this shop for years for any vehicle maintenance needs. The staff are friendly and welcoming. They are always honest with their assessment and never try to upsell me. They’ve changed the oil in the my car, I got new tires from them, new brakes, etc.

We've brought a couple cars here for oil changes now. Prices were fair, service was good, and got in and out at a decent time (made an appointment a head of time, fyi).

Really liked that they offer you coupons for a free beverage, and a car wash. Pretty neat perk.

Will give them a go for any vehicle fixes I hopefully will not need any time soon, and update my review accordingly.

Have been a customer here several times now. They take great care of you and your vehicle. I've always felt like I was treated fairly here and they do good work!

I've been servicing my two vehicles at Brausen's in Roseville for the last couple years and have found their service department to be extremely efficient and superb in their workmanship. Moreover, they are very honest and trustworthy. You could not find a better group of automotive professionals.

I absolutely love the folks at Brausen! Friendly, helpful, and consistent with all kinds of car maintenance and repairs. Plus the Arden Hills facility is super nice, with a clean waiting area and bathrooms. I only wish I could walk there!

I was having car issues & my boss suggested I try Brausen's. I call on Tuesday morning, they stated their calendar was full but to bring my car in & they would do their best to see what is going on. I got a call about 11am saying my car was ready. WOW, super impressed that they were able to get my car in for analysis & get her fixed. I will definitely be going back to Brausen's for all my car repairs. Beyond 5 stars if you ask me!

I received exceptional customer service and had a great experience with Brausen today. Everything was done quickly and they were great with communication throughout the entire process. I don’t know much about cars and they could’ve easily convinced me to spend more money, but they didn’t. Also taught me a lot which will help me make more informed decisions for my vehicle in the future. Customer for life!

I stopped to get air in my tires at the air supply outside of the service shop. Upon getting there, I found my metal valve caps would not budge. I had asked Justin for help and he was more than gracious and helpful. He was able to get my corroded valve caps off and after I filled the tires, I had asked if they sold valve caps in the store. Justin went and got new plastic ones and put new ones on for me. I didn't expect that level of generosity and it was greatly appreciated. Kudos, Justin!

I brought my car in for the first time earlier this week for an exhaust leak. Dealership quoted us a really high number. A friend told us to try Brausens and I'm so glad that I did. They got me in the next day and were able to fix it for a third of the price that the dealership wanted. Will definitely be back!

I had a great experience at the Arden Hills location, special thanks to Dustin. Now I have two new tires and feel better about driving in this snow storm today! Their pricing is fair, they got me in right away despite their busy day and bonus - I got a car wash. Icing on the cake. Thank you Brausen and I highly recommend them for any auto need!

I’ve taken my car here a few times over the past few years, for minor and major issues, and they’ve always been great. Ryan explains the problems well and is clear about the service I can get, and they are quick to help out, whether I call in or just use the night key drop off. The prices are always reasonable, and they never try to upsell me. I’ve never had any issues with this shop.

Brausen automotive is AMAZING! We were in town visiting family when our van broke down. From the beginning they were wonderful to work with. When it was determined we were not going to fix the issue they were very helpful in helping us deal with a of this from a distance. Highly recommend them!

My wife's family has been taking their vehicles to this location for many years, and after Midas crushed my rockers in four spots on a lift, I decided to make the switch and I'm glad I did!

Their prices are slightly higher than the nationwide chain places, but I'll gladly pay a little more for the peace-of-mind that their honesty and quality works gives. Service is always fast & friendly!

Brausen is the best repair shop in the area, and most of all they are 100% honest and upfront about every issue with your car. I have not brought my car/truck anywhere else in the last 10 years, and don't plan on that changing. Completely disagree with a couple of the other reviews on here, as every single time I have work done (other than an oil change), they call me to explain the issue and go over any charges before they proceed. Dave, Trevor, and Jake are extremely knowledgeable, and the work Brausen does is always solid. Sure, it may be a little more expensive than some random places, but you get what you pay for. Would highly recommend Brausen to anyone.

Brausen's service has been excellent to me for years. It really shone through last week when I ended up with a metal rod through one of my tires. I had previously tried to make an oil change appointment for that same day and found they were completely full for the day. However, when I called asking for emergency help with my tire, they said to come in and they would make the time. Not only did they immediately repair the tire in about forty minutes, but because I had bought the same tires from them they charged nothing to do it. A fantastic business with a polite crew who tell everything how it is and always suggest the best courses of action.
