The lady working was by herself but was very quick and attentive to needs of clients.

Great place to return Amazon items. The people here are very friendly and helpful. Lots of parking available including handicapped parking. With Amazon returns, you just bring in your item and show the code to scan from the Amazon app, and they print the label and ship it. As easy is that! Takes no more than a few minutes!

I have been to this store many time to use their printing services! They are fantastic at getting the job done! I read through these reviews and people seem to talk bad about some of the staff! Best staff i have encountered! Most points made in these reviews have explainable circumstances🤣 was a notary for a long time (never notarized I-9 forms) and ups and usps are different companies, therefore a UPS Store isnt held liable for something shipped using a different shipping service! Makes sense doesn't it.

The owner of this UPS store and his employees have always gone out of their way to be kind and helpful to me. One time in particular I needed a bulk printing of a program for my friend’s 15 year old daughter’s funeral, an unexpected death. We had very little time to get it printed and the owner of this store got it done. Thanks for being a place of great kindness and exemplary service!

I went into the UPS store in Arden Hills today in search of printing and enlarging options for some images for my daughters 9th Birthday party. Dale was extremely helpful, informative and really explored options to accomplish what I needed, but also thought about making it cost effective! I visit this store weekly to complete some faxing needs and really enjoy how personable Dale and the staff always are. I totally recommend using the great services from this store.

Good service, friendly, and very fast & helpful with all my Amazon returns😊. I also have a mailbox there (for many years) and they do a great job with my mail and delivered packages.

Never had a problem....Go there to fax every two weeks. The lady is super sweet. The two males are alittle grumpy but never rude....
