Everyone here is super helpful. Exactly what you need when you don’t know what you’re looking for! This is our local hardware, so thankful they close. The store is very clean, neat, & organized well.

If you're look for a better experience than the big box stores, this is it! The staff are friendly and helpful. They have most everything you need in a much smaller footprint.

Friendly and helpful! They seem to have a little of everything. It is one of the few hardware stores that I can go to as a woman and not get mansplained. Definitely recommend.

This is an excellent hardware store with staff that is knowledgeable. I was especially impressed with their arrangement of nuts, bolts, washers and connectors. If you go to Frattallone's everything will be in stock and you can actually find what you need. Good luck doing that at home depot or lowes!

Excellent service. The employees in the garden center are particularly knowledgeable and their plants are high quality. The store also handled a minor warranty issue on a tool at no cost and with no hassle. Prices are generally higher than the big box stores, but the level of service is exponentially higher too.

Store is well organized and appealing and has many many needed items for home and garden.

Great Ace. The layout is probably the best I've been in. Could not be easier to navigate, get in, and get out. Cashier and other staff were all really pleasant and helpful. Pretty inside and out. So excited that this is my new Ace after our move!

Fantastic selection.

Called a few places for a tune up on my snowblower. All were booked out a few weeks, not a problem, but this place genuinely seemed interested in my business regardless of how small. Kept me up to date and they were even able to get it finished sooner than they originally quoted. Pick up and delivery were executed well. Will definitely be back for future tune ups

I took my mom there to purchase a flowering rose bush. They are 30% off. Some look better than others. My mom selected a red rose bush. It had lots of buds and blooms. It was large, which is what she wanted. Rose bushes are hard to find this year.

I stopped in to see if they still had any vegetable plants for sale. They did and they were even marked down. I bought 4 that still should give lots of wonderful produce with care.

I always get really good help to figure out my needs for home projects here. Today it was fixing the leg on an old seeing stool. Like helped me figure out what kind of hardware would work best; it is almost like new now. They have also been really helpful when it came to light plumbing projects.

Super friendly and helpful employees, reasonable prices, and good selection. They also have absolutely beautiful hanging baskets and other outdoor plants (far superior to Cub, and way cheaper than Bachman's)

Friendly staff. I needed a thermopile for a fireplace, and they had one for about double the price of a big box, but I saved an hour of travel, parking, and unknowledgeable workers. And I now have heat, so I'm a satisfied customer.

Great place. The staff lady in the nursery was extremely helpful! The buys at the nursery are great right now. Get them while they are ready for your Fall planting...

It's nice to have this store close to home. Well stocked with what you need. You can get in and out. It comes in handy when fixing things. Staff is always helpful and friendly!!
