I love being a Total Tech Member!! I had an issue with a Dyson vacuum I bought last August, took it in to have it looked at, and because I'm a Total Tech member, I left with a new vacuum! The process was super simple and the support staff was great! The whole process took about 15 minutes! I couldn't be more pleased with my experience!

A+ for customer service here: every time I've had an issue here with pickups or returns, the staff has gone out of their way to help. I can't attest to in-store shopping, but I expect it's gone downhill since the pandemic.

Svetlana was absolutely amazing! She has been extremely helpful everytime I have been in with all my business needs and I specifically look for her everytime I come in! Please keep her around and happy.

Stopped in on Sunday. Was greeted at the door with a welcoming smile. I needed a digital antenna for my grandfather and I was helped out and checked out very quickly!!!! Very refreshing shopping experience!!!! I will definitely return!

We go to this Best Buy a lot and have always had amazing customer service. I always hate going in to a store knowing I’m not going to buy anything but asking an employee a whole bunch of questions about something I’m going to eventually buy. We worked with Aidan today and he went above and beyond to help us understand what speakers we would want and need for a specific project we are working on. I can’t explain how helpful and how much we appreciated him explaining everything and taking so much time to show us each different option and what would be best for us. Look for him if you’re going there!

Best Buy always carries the latest gadgets and technology. The employees at this store are extremely helpful and knowledgeable about all the items they carry. Every time I visit I am always offered a helpful hand and directed to anything I need or maybe thinking about buying. This store is an A+ in my book if I’m not buying items online.

Went to get a new computer and within a few minutes of browsing an employee asked if I needed help. Gave him description of what I was looking for and was able to show me a few that matched my requirements. Very knowledgeable about the laptops as well. I did end up browsing a bit and during that time, had 4 or 5 employees ask if I needed any assistance. VERY NICE!!....I did end up getting the ASUS Zenbook 14 and since there was a sale, I ended up getting $200 off the laptop, which I used that savings and purchased a 2nd monitor. So far everything run smooth and definitely satisfied.. Thanks

Thanks to Connor for helping install our software on our computer. He helped answer our questions and until we were satisfied last Thursday afternoon.

Great experience.. Shelves were stocked, store was clean.. It was easy finding just what we needed . In an out shopping with friendly employees. 10 out of 10

Was only there for a second not many around no more. Good supply of what you need in electronics, appliances and much more.

Went into the store in need of a new router. A salesperson was chatting with another, and I asked if I could get help, and he immediately took me over to the routers and explained the difference for me. Very helpful. The checkout person was also very polite.

If your a nice person going in and knowing what your looking for the experience is pretty bland but I love that the people there are always willing to help you out and walk you towards your needs

Staff was super knowledgeable and friendly as soon as we walked in the door. Asked for help finding a few items and the guy was really happy to help with a smile on his face each time. Great to see someone love their job; it shows in his positive attitude and customer service!!

It is a nice clean store. Friendly staff. Great parking. Easy access off Hwy 52. Quick in and out if you order ahead with order pickup. Great sales. Love this store.

Your only choice for local electronics store with knowledgeable sales staff. They didn't have a greeter at the front door this time and back in the television department there was only one person that I could see and they were helping someone so after 10 minutes I just left.

Nate Miller and the management team at this Best Buy location are absolutely great. You can tell that they train their staff to be knowledgeable and helpful. With online shopping taking over the retail world. It's nice to know that there are still companies that know the value of face to face customer service. I'm still the old school shopper that appreciates being able to go into a store and talk to a human being. Someone that can help you make a decision and answer any questions you may have. Especially when it comes to electronics. Since there are millions of products out there to choose from. Anybody that is looking for great customer service and a great selection. I recommend Nate and all the staff at Best Buy!

The gentleman at the entrance was able to easily point me out to the single item I came to buy, saved me a bunch of time. Good work putting a knowledgeable person at the entrance. Unfortunately didn't catch his name to put him in the review.
