Andy's Liquor

Andy's Liquor almost always has what I'm looking for and the staff are pleasant and helpful. It's easy to find what I need and staff are knowledgeable enough to help me make a decision if I have questions. I enjoy going and I always spend too much. And the staff will help carry it to my car, which is a nice touch.

I always enjoy going to Andy's Liquor to pick out a new whiskey, rum, bourbon, brandy, you name it. They have a large selection of wine and spirits and are more than willing to work with you to find or order something if they do not have it in stock.

I think Andy's is the best liquor store in Rochester. Great selection, multiple convenient locations, and monthly specials! Go on a Saturday and they will probably have some tastings too.

Not the most extensive selection but the prices are good, the selection is good, and the staff are very helpful.

The Sunday night staff November 11th 2018 was awesome. Especially the female employee. I wish I would have got her name. I locked my keys in my van and they were about to call a tow for me when the female employee offered to give me a ride back home to get my spare keys. It was closing time too. Super friendly bunch. And they saved me $75 on a locksmith. Also they were able to quickly look up the beers I was looking for and locate them immediately. Definitely recommend this liquor store.

Great selection of hard liquors and wine/beer. Sometimes they are out of stock with some items but generally will get them replaced quickly. They have mostly everything to make drinks at home. One thing I like is that they have a decent selection of sake which most liquor stores do not; one has to end up driving to the cities to buy sake.

Customer service is hit or miss. Sometimes you run into the worker that you can tell is inattentive or just being lazy. And other days you'll have someone who is happy to help. Won't deduct a star for it because I usually can find things on my own.

Andy's Liquor on 41st has a huge selection of wine and spirits. The Express location is also good for it's convenience. The staff are great at both.
