The UPS Store

I came in to see a huge line out the door. The employees quickly got through the line and I was in and out in 5 minutes. Staff seemed nice, and not the annoyed I would have expected with post Xmas returns.

I had to take a full shingle from a roof to send in. They didn't have anything it could fit it, but those guys did not give up. They put in allot of effort to make sure my package was wrapped up and taken care of. Great customer service.

I always feel so bad for the 2 guys that work there. They had a line of 27 people today, 10 of those people had to stand outside in 5 degree weather because there was no more room in the store. They work very hard to get customers through the door, and they still are very polite and kind. They should get paid more for the constant line of people that there always is.

I surprised the employees by walking in when the door should have been locked after 6:40pm. I had checked online and apparently Google defaults to the central Rochester location hours first not the one closest to you it seems so I was there after the 6:30 closing time. Instead of kicking me out and taking my packages back out and reloading them into my car and creating a bad situation the employees took my 2 oversized (but light and mostly air) Amazon returns after telling me that it was the other locations that were open until 7:30 that I looked up and then made sure that the door was properly closed after I left. I do appreciate them taking the extra time to get me taken care of instead of sending me across town to be mad at UPS at someone else's end of day. So a big thank you for that.

The store was packed with customers trying to ship out packages and/or pick up packages. Both customer service people were courteous and very helpful to everyone they were helping. They should be commended and rewarded for their customer service!

Staff who busts their tails every day and are still friendly and helpful. Best rates on boxes for my needs and also make amazon returns a breeze!

Needed to return a gift. The giver submitted the return request and got an e-mail with bar-code that she sent to me. I took the printed e-mail with package to UPS store, they scanned the code, printed the label and mailed it. It all went very easy and quick. I thought there might be a problems since package was originally sent to different address/state, but nope, very smooth process. I know the store didn't have a lot to do with the return, but they handled the package quickly and without problems.

Always have great customer service

Good service and always helpful. I have used this store multiple times and no regret whatsoever. Big thumbs up for their service.
Feedback to UPS in general: Charging 5$ for every notary stamp is bit more pricy. Package price for notary will be more convenient.

I walked in and was greeted right away. As I was returning a package (the company had informed me that I would need to let UPS know there were batteries in the shipment) I actually didn’t have to as the gentleman noticed it and asked (which I had forgot). From the time I walked in the whole process took about 10 minutes with one other person in front of me!!

The clerk was so calm and patient with everyone. No one was prepared at the desk, he wasn’t even phased! He was so helpful and easy going.

I don't know who the guy working at the UPS store by Hobby Lobby at 3pm on Jan 11 is but he was awesome! Long line, piles of packages being returned, and he was so pleasant and cool as a cucumber. Hope his boss sees this!

There was one person working end of the line extended from the counter all the way out the door. He was courteous. He worked through that line so fast. It was really a good experience.

Thanks for great customer service from Jesse. I called from home as I could not locate a pdf that he had previously made for me. He searched and found the pdf and forwarded it to me. Both my in-store and phone contact with him highlighted his competent skills as well as his pleasant customer service.

Always helpful people working here. It does get busy at times, just be patient. They go as fast as they can to be as accurate as they can.

I went there on Saturday April 16 2022, it was very busy, there was only one employee, he was very good, very fast, very friendly and he knew what he was doing.
