My car's AC stopped working 2 years ago and I had it looked at 3 separate times by 2 other shops in 2 different states. AVCC found the problem and fixed it the same day! Great customer service and fair pricing, I will happily bring my car back for any future issues.

This is my new shop for car repair! I was able to get an appointment easily, and they are close to my new home. Justin was great and easily explained the lit check engine light on my car. His honesty and telling me that I could drive longer if needed, although waiting too long could result in failure to start, was refreshing and appreciated. He was able to schedule me for that afternoon to have the sensor replaced.

Lastly, I asked him for a recommendation to have a rear turn signal housing replaced on my winter beater, and he said they could do it there. I was definitely coming back for that.

Friendly, honest, and straight talking group of people. No pressure, just recommendations. Excellent service at fair prices. This is the type of place you can recommend to your friends without worrying they might get burned.

Lori got me a tow to the shop and slid my truck in during a busy day! Everyone on staff were committed to great service and very friendly. Atmosphere was awesome and I really liked that they went out of their way to pick up a part from Nissan after they gave the mechanic and myself a hard time getting cooperation from them (my vehicle is on warranty and Walser Nissan would not provide help). Most importantly, they made sure to confirm what the issue was before I left the shop. Highly recommend, whether your vehicle is on warranty or not!

Original clamp broke after service causing coolant leak, clamp replaced at no charge.
Excellent customer focus, very convenient location.

I brought my car in to repair a vibration seemingly in the right front wheel. They replaced the drive shaft and another part that holds the whole assembly together. When I picked up the car, paid the bill and drove it home, the vibration was still there but to a lesser degree. Evidently they didn't road test it to determine whether the issue was resolved. I'm confident that when I return it, it will be fixed to my satisfaction. I have always had excellent service from Doig, Justin and the team at the Auto Clinic.

You want dedication to their craft? Check this out. Doug, Karen, Justin, Jesse, and Ian always exceed my expectations with their customer service. They never attempt to up-sell anything you don’t need. They will take the time to explain to you what you need done and if you need it done immediately or if it can wait.

In my opinion, don’t take your vehicle anywhere else because I sure won’t.

I'm changing my review. I didn't even go to car clinic, I simply called and spoke to Doug who advised me to get my car checked with the place that did my brakes. He diagnosed my issue over the phone, exactly what he said was wrong, was. And I was struggling for 10 months to figure it out. The place I took it to thankfully stood by their warranty, and while I'm grateful for that, I won't be returning to that place. I'll use car clinic every single time from here on out, and I regret not doing it 10 months ago.

Seriously, thank you Doug, 10 months on warped rotors could have ended a lot worse. The least I can do is be a customer for life.

Apple Valley Car Clinic did a great job at servicing my car. I had to have it towed there from my home and they were able to get it completely fixed on the very same day. They even fixed issues Tires Plus (in Apple Valley) created from the previous week when I had my oil changed. They were polite and professional. I would most definitely recommend their services!

I have used Apple Valley Car Clinic several times for my 2010 Prius. They are always courteous and professional. I trust them to tell me exactly what's wrong and give me an honest quote. They figured out a solution to an ongoing issue with my car that my previous mechanic didn't suggest.

I believe it was Doug that worked with me. He was so helpful, polite, positive, and informative. Got my car done when I needed it and got me in fast. Didn’t try to upsell me but I knew what I wanted and he confirmed my needs. They will now be in the care of my car/ cars in the future!

From the minute you walk in the door, you feel like you're 'part of the family' here! They are beyond helpful, with even small silly things, that I should be able to do myself. Amazing customer service! They are clear and honest when discussing the needs for your vehicle and never try to up-sell you, advising what needs to be done now and what can wait. As a small business owner myself, I appreciate their cash discount option for paying withOUT a credit card (those fees add up for us business owners!).
