Ace Hardware & Paint

That's what I love about my local Ace Hardware and not so much Menard's or Home Depot. The daytime cashier recognizes me and as time allows we keep each other up on the TWINS. I always go to Ace when I need something specific as no matter how small. The sales help will find it and ask about what it is I'm working on. Sometimes they will have good advice or just friendly conversation. I had a supervisor at my old job who always said, "it's the little things that matter."

Amazing place to go to for tools and anything else you need! Bunch of young men working there that are super helpful and polite! Jacob at the register was super kind and happy when checking me out and registering me for rewards! Well done, Ace Hardware!

Extremely friendly people. It even feel like your mom and pop shop. Found a great variety of spices. Would come here again. I definitely felt welcomed, and right from the moment that I entered was asked if I needed help for anything to go ahead and ask any of the staff members for help, and that was a lady behind the register who greeted me. The lady very politely interacted with my child gave her a sheet of a coloring book, asked for my daughter to color it and bring it back for it to be hung amongst others.

Ace is definitely the place!! Went into Apple Valley Ace to get a couple keys made. Not knowing the keys I had needed to be programmed and also the new remote needed to be programmed. Glenn was outstanding! He came out to my vehicle twice to make sure everything worked correctly. He was very knowledgeable and patient with a couple old ladies. Thank you Ace for having top notch employees like Glenn!

This place is like a secret weapon. Knowledgeable staff, which is great for a speedy trip. They also somehow seem to have everything even though they have a very small footprint for their store. Also very reasonable prices.

Great prices for what I needed, and helpful staff. Only issue is the no phone signal inside, but the free wifi helps.

Brought in a grass whip and they called to tell me what was wrong with it, than recommended that it would be cheaper to buy a new one and they were correct about it after looking at new ones. Brand new one was about 20 dollars cheaper. Really well respected employees.

I had the best experience. They had everything I needed. There is a sales associate with longer hair who was super helpful. I didn't catch his name unfortunately. He is younger but was super knowledgeable. He was like the older associates that every ace hardware seems to have that know everything about everything and right where things are. I will definitely be back.

HELPFUL, INSIGHTFUL, & KNOWLEDGABLE staff.

Went in over the weekend for a quick stop and was shocked by how great the remodel looks. I was even more impressed by how helpful the staff were. Each department had a helpful employee ready to answer any questions and happily greeted everyone as we walked by.

The grilling section is BEYOND expansive and has incredibly knowledgeable staff on what they offer and which tool is right for the job.

Come this outdoor season, I will be spending much more time at Ace!

Needed a key duplicated that couldn't be done elsewhere. They said no problem and did it right there in about a minute. I always love ace hardware

Did you know... ACE will take your old paint cans when you are finished with your projects. I had old paint cans with paint still in the cans. I called ACE and they said they would gladly take them without charge. I was surprised I wouldn't be charged. I was so eager to get rid of the 20 gallon paint cans taking up the shelves in my garage.

Great folks took care of me right away . had great knowledge about what I was looking for. They are in the middle of revamping for the seasonal change but they still have everything you need..i got some cheery stone for drainage and sone rooting compound. In the middle of winter .

This Ace was the only one that had a certain type of canning jar that I needed in stock. I paid for it on-line and went to pick it up. While I was there, I needed some other things and I needed assistance because my house is 100 years old. Replacement parts can get tricky. I was given personalized service. They even brought my purchase out to the car without me even asking for help (the jars were a bit cumbersome). I really appreciate this Ace Hardware. I will be going back in the next couple of days to pick up another order. I decided that I would drive out of my way to go to the Apple Valley Ace as my last experience as so pleasant. That''s quite a statement with the cost of fuel and the time involved.

I loved the store. It felt so unique & had "everything". The employees were a great help also, helping me to determine what I needed for a plumbing problem, and showing me how to use it!

Of course situations will vary on issues, but for my Snowblower repair it only took a day for pickup, repair, and drop off right before Winter Storm Olive fully kicks in.

I had a return that I thought would be trouble, but Alex (I hope I got the name right) put forth great customer service and processed the return without hesitation.

Very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Went in for a new mower and the gent working with me gave a lot of options and ideas. Left with a new mower!

Looked up product I needed and went and got it. Staff knew right where it was and made recommendations for which option was right for my situation.
Cold craft sodas and meat sticks by checkout. 5 Stars!
