Fast, professional, courteous and friendly! The required software updates were successful and the vehicle inspection video sent to me during the work was an unexpected but very nice touch. The dealership also went above and beyond by transporting me to and from the local state vehicle services office. I truly appreciated that assistance! A classy facility with a laid back atmosphere. They will continue to receive my business.

I don't enjoy coming to Motorworks Mini merely for the fact that every time I am there, I end up spending more money than I would like. However, when I am there, everyone is friendly, communicative and helpful. Joel has helped me the last two visits and has been great to work with! While I hate the expenses, the service is great!

Jake was great to work with, took care of our concerns and promptly answered any questions. He was able to navigate our aftermarket service contract, and made sure the available parts were covered under contract. We are completely satisfied and confident they will continue to deliver!

I got to my appointment a little early, and realized then that I had chosen to “drop off” my car when I was making the appointment online. It’s a three hour drive to Motorwerks for me, so I was very happy that they were able to get my car in right away and I didn’t have to wait there all day! Everybody that I’ve come across with my Minis, both in Minnesota and in Tucson has been extremely helpful and professional.

Service department worked so fast on my car. I barely had time to take a nap while they fixed it. I appreciate the fact they let me know what services would be due next visit. Helps me prepare for the expense.

I’ve owned two Mini coopers over the course of 10 years. Due to multiple moves, I have experienced service at several different mini dealerships. This was my first time at the one in Minneapolis. My experience was great! People are extremely knowledgeable and willing to answer any and all questions. I never felt like someone was trying to oversell parts or services to me. I am happy to have my car serviced here for the remainder of my time in Minnesota

Technology they used to inform me of what was wrong with the car was awesome. Then to do service invoices online was heaven sent cause I didn’t need to be there at the shop!
When showed up at service it was clean same with the showroom floor. Everyone one was nice and curious.

After some serious mansplaining several years ago about why my tires needed replacing and an awful detailing experience (they didn't even clean the stick shift 'skirt') I swore I would NEVER return to this place for service. And, MINI kept sending my gift cards and discount cards and nope. But, my car started making odd smells AND I needed a ride to my next appointment AND I had a $50 discount coupon, so I thought I'd give it a try. Jake Bies and Alex of the salads did an excellent job of intelligently and respectfully answering my questions, especially when I discovered the amount of repairs needed far exceeded the value of my car. Jake was professional and kind in helping me figure out whether I wanted to save my super cute 2012 mini that I would never find again or look at something newer. I ended up purchasing a 2017 Mini at the dealership and Alex remembered me when I used a Mini discount card to pay for my service bill and was again, prompt and polite. I'm not sure what happened before, but I am now on board with the Service Department again. Well done.

I always bring my Mini here for services and they definitely know their stuff! The staff is great and kind and always do a great job. I always love the detailed video inspections of the car as well and that that’s a standard part of the inspection. A lot of transparency!

Very comfortable place, not like usual dealer experience. All the people are courteous & professional. Only complaint is the coupon I wanted to use on rear brakes won't be any good when I come back from traveling. Hopefully they'll send me another one.

The service was an intermittent transmission issue on my 2006 cooper. Tech was able to diagnose, and it’s shifting well now. I was very relieved it took a simple computer reset to solve the issue. Cost was very reasonable. Jake Bies, my service rep was knowledgeable, explained process, and gave me exceptional service. Experience was great and I’ll be back next time I need something.

My MINI Countryman went in to Motorwerks MINI for front brakes service recently. I updated the team of a concern regarding MINI that we were experiencing while driving. The break service became a larger service.And here I want to give a shout out to Alex Belchak and Alaina Henderson. The detailed communications from both Alex and Alaina was excellent! Thank you for your time, looking over everything to address the “symptoms” MINI had. Alaina is a MINI physician! Alex successfully initiated communication with another provider for breakage found on the wheels. This also had to be fixed before MINI could come home. THANK YOU again!
