Pancheros Mexican Grill - Apple Valley

Shrimp tacos are fantastic. They fry the shrimp fresh in a skillet which seems like it would be difficult to accommodate my large orders. The staff was courteous and able to efficiently process my sizable order while not neglecting other customers.

Fast, affordable, delicious quesadillas, now with a delicious tofu option. I also enjoy their grilled veggies with anything! Only thing that could be improved is that they don't seem to have recycling.

Well prepared food. Lots of sitting in areas and cleaner environment too. Food are more authentic / tasty than Chipotle. Sauce also very good. I would go here again to try different food from the menus.

We love coming here! They press the burrito dough fresh, the flavors are awesome, and the employees are so quick and friendly!

My family and I had pancheros for the first time last night and were pleasantly surprised by the size and quality of the food! The burritos are very large and super tasty! They took a little longer than the time I put in for pick up at, but not much, (and I was picking up right at the diner rush)!

The store was clean, the employees were busy but still courteous, and the location is very convenient!

I think a lot of the negative and 1-star reviews probably came from the opening couple weeks when the dollar burritos were being offered... I would assume that it was crazy busy and the quality wasn't as good during peak lunch and dinner hours because there were so many people and online orders. hopefully some of the people who left one-star reviews will come back and try again, as I'm sure they will find that is nothing like their original experience!

The only thing I would like to see improved is a way to customize a bit more in the app (extra/reg/lite on toppings) but I understand that's something Pancheros corporate will need to do. Just a thought for those really wanting to customize - order in person, not in the app!

We came in with 8 people and a set of crazy orders. The crew handled the whole thing with ease. Well done!

This place just opened. They are working out the kinks. The managers were here at 11am helping their staff at lunch rush. Things were good. Remember its a new restaurant navigating such a crazy time.

Restaurant is clean and great customer service. Only complaint about Pancheros is if you ask for a little extra meat or cheese...they charge you extra. I love the ingredients as I feel they are a fresher and higher quality then other places just like it

My 1st time ever at a Pancheros & I was very pleased. Staff was very friendly. The fresh diced jalapenos are a game changer! Their queso & overall quality of food is much better than comparable restaurants (Chipotle/Qdoba). LOVE the blue tortilla chips!!

Decided to eat here tonight since Chipotle lately doesn't appear to want to help their guests waiting in line to order.
When I entered, there were a few people ahead of me but the workers kept taking orders. I received my food quickly and the staff was friendly.
If you want good food, I would choose this over Chipotle due to their unattentive staff.

The staff is very friendly and the food is great. Dare I say better than Chipotle! The tortillas are fresh and they mix up the ingredients in the burrito. No more mouthful of sour cream!

They make the tortillas fresh to order and they mix the insides of the burritos and they really give you a ton of carnitas.

I love Pancheros. They have the best queso out of anywhere. The portion of rice they give you could be more, but overall the food is amazing. Their blues chips really seal the deal.

Pancheros is my go to burrito restaurant! I love how the tortillas are made fresh and the ingredients so flavorful! I brought my husband here for the first time and he LOVED the food, expressing that it was so much better than chipotle. The manager is extremely friendly and always makes us feel welcomed. Very thankful to have this place nearby!

I'm giving 5 stars. This was my first time trying Pancheros. I was skeptical they would be anything like Chipotle. I was blown away how much better they are. I ordered the burrito bowl. Chicken was better, rice was better. All around delicious. Chips and queso tasted great! And they have jalapenos! I won't be back to Chipotle, Pancheros is going to be my go to from now on!

I've eaten at a ton of Pancheros locations from Golden Valley, Minnesota all the way to Cedar Rapids, Iowa. Most of them have been good, but this one is great. The managers here are at the top of their game. It's a clean establishment with great employees. Give Chipotle a break and give your business to this location. It'll be worth it.

Absolutely delicious!! 4 of us went there today. Its delicious. Better than Chipotle and Qdoba. The flavors are great. Portions are good. I had a small amount of rice at first but I simply asked for more....because you can do that...no cost, haha. People forget that.
10/10 would recommend and I will return. Dont listen to the over opinionated and needy customers who claim they weren't welcomed with open arms, hugged, and given a pound of chicken in their burrito. The food is delicious. And the Queso is the best. Tell your friends.

Went there on Friday for lunch and it was absolutely amazing!! I had a steak burrito and omg that thing was delicious!! 1000 times better than Chipotle!! Love how they mix everything together and you get a bite of everthing!! The staff was amazing and made me laugh and felt very welcome! The only problem was when I was finished eating I was to full lol!! My new place for sure!!

First time at a Pancheros. Very good flavors and service. Staff were fun to talk to. Did not know that they make your tortias when you place your order. Also the queso was really good.

I enjoyed their carnitas tacos. We need to go back and try some of their other grilled meats. They smelled amazing.
