Sabai Body Temple

I have received two massages at Sabai. Kayla gave me a wonderful massage. She asked all the right questions and easily found and released my knots. She used a mix of techniques that were both relaxing and effective. My body feels amazing!

I can’t personally recommend Orsolya as the massage I got from her did not feel very intuitive or skilled. I like a medium-firm pressure and she was too intense for me.

I appreciate the owner’s prompt communication and willingness to work with me after my first experience. I can definitely recommend Sabai Body Temple & therapist Kayla to anyone looking for a premium experience.

Last night we had a couples massage and it was fantastic. I get massages regularly and I haven’t felt that refreshed after a massage in over a year. Planning my next appointment already! Very knowledgeable therapists able to address my hip flexor flexibility. They were also very caring and supportive of massage as part of our holistic healing program for CLL as we are combining traditional medicine as well as mind and body wellness.

I came here for a couple’s massage with my fiancé and we ended up doing the Kiss Me All Over treatment which included an exfoliation massage followed by a deep tissue massage. It was just what we needed to relax leading up to our wedding the following week. The staff were welcoming and skilled in their technique. We were offered a tea at the start of our treatment while they discussed what it entailed and asked questions about any areas we wanted the massage to focus on. The environment was perfectly soothing. We both left feeling rejuvenated.

We went back here for the first time in along time. They always do an amazing job. Great masseuses. It was just what we needed. We will definitely be back.

This was my first massage and it was a couples' massage with my wife. Overall it was an excellent experience and I left feeling very relaxed and refreshed. My husband and I came in for the couples “pregnancy massage” and it was great! I was a little nervous coming in 32 weeks pregnant not knowing 100% what to expect. But once inside the massage therapist(s) made my husband and I feel so comfortable! They made sure I was positioned comfortably and took the time to talk us through what areas could be focused on, etc. I’m sure the typical massages there are great too but if you are pregnant and wanting to pamper yourself a bit I would highly recommend coming here to get a massage!

A brilliant massage today with Claire in a wonderfully peaceful studio space. I enjoyed the warm towels, hot tea, care & attention to my concerns. I booked a same day appointment due to waking up with pain in my shoulder, and I’m so glad I did!!

My boyfriend and I got a couples massage from Steph and Kayla -- each was thorough, professional, and put us at ease. Plus, the entire ambience of Sabai is so calming and refreshing. Highly recommend!

I travel a lot for work and decided to pop in here for an appointment to ease some problematic tension areas. Maple was able to identify them and address them and provide me with the relief and rejuvenation I needed. She was mindful and communicative through the whole process. It was one of the better massage experiences I have had in a while and I will definitely be returning should I find myself traveling through the Twin Cities again.

I had a massage today by Steph and it was magical. She worked on some sciatic pain issues that I’ve had for almost 20 years and she was the first person to actually be able to relieve the pain. The atmosphere was very peaceful and it felt very relaxing.

Saw Steph for my sciatica. They have 14+ years experience and it absolutely shows. They do a mix of shiatsu and Swedish massage, and the blend between East and West techniques is something truly special. I’ve had a lot of massages around the twin cities - now I won’t go anywhere else but to Steph at Sabai.

I had a 90 minute CBD massage with Claire today, and it was the best massage I have ever had. I could really tell that she was paying attention to what was going on in my body, and giving them attention as needed. I knew about my shoulders and neck, but she discovered all the tensions in my low back too. A very deep and relaxing massage.

I saw Steph. I can honestly say I've never been more relaxed in my life.
I got a 60 minute CBD oil massage, again, with Steph. She takes a couple minutes before the massage to talk about where you feel your problem areas are and where you feel you need to most help, which I really appreciate. She also lets you pick what soothing sounds you want to listen to while she's working. Very professional, extremely skilled. 10/10 would recommend. Can't wait to go back myself.

I have had many massages in the past and I can easily say this is one of the most relaxing massages I've had in my life. I have never fallen asleep but this was a first. Steph did a phenomenal job with hitting the right tension points and I feel SO refreshed.

My husband and I celebrated our 1 year anniversary and my birthday with a 120min couples massage. Our experience was absolute perfection. We loved our massages and felt so relaxed and nurtured in our session. As a person with chronic pain, they made sure to work with me to find the best balance of pressure. I will definitely return to Sabai and tell everyone I know how amazing they we're! Loved the facilities, oils used, smell and sounds.

Visiting from out of town. Damian was great. I think he did some energy work. I also lost my wedding band. Thought it was in my purse. This place is phenomenal! I went in today for my first massage/ritual ever. I was nervous about feeling uncomfortable, but Brittany was amazing! She made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The Susie's Bliss experience was more than I could have ever imagined. Thank you for everything! I'll be back in a few months for sure!

Excellent service, Kelly and josh provided my partner and I with a great couples massage. If you’ve never had a massage before, this is definitely the place to come to. The atmosphere and ambience is amazing. Sabai body temple is definitely the place to come to highly recommended.
