Glad I found this place. After not seeing a dentist 4 yrs and having wisdom tooth pain I decided it was long overdue to find a dentist. I used my insurance list and called 5 different places (all of whom said no new patients unless friends or family), I was exhausted by the time I hit McGann on the list. However I am beyond pleased it worked out how it did. All the staff is so caring! The hygienist Amber was so gentle. When I went for my second appointment to remove my wisdom teeth I was nervous but Jean (assistant) calmed me down and walked me through aftercare. McGann is also very thorough in his work. I would recommend this place to anyone for their dental care needs. The entire team is amazing and excels in dental care.

Very friendly place! Loved Amber! So glad I found this place after leaving my other dentist. My teeth would always hurt for weeks after getting them cleaned with the hygienist at my previous dentist. Amber was so gentle and I didn’t come out with sore sensitive teeth afterwards. Definitely going back and using them for all future appointments. Another plus, Dr. McGann also does Botox!

The staff at McGann Family Dental are so amazing! My kids enjoy going to the dentist. Personally, I think they like all the attention they get as everyone goes out of their way to greet them and are so friendly. When we go there, we feel like family. It's such a wonderful experience every time.

McGann Family Dental has a very friendly staff. Upon arriving today, I was served a cup of hot coffee with flavored cream and bottled water while I waited for my son to get his teeth cleaned. I am always happy with Dr. McGann’s dental work. He’s been doing dentistry a long time, and I feel completely safe having him work on my teeth. McGann Dental also uses text for correspondence, which I love. Chris, in the office, is exceptionally caring and always pleasant in my interactions with him. It’s always a nice experience at McGann Family Dental.

I cannot say enough how warm and welcoming they were. Melissa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable, as well as Chris and the rest of the team. They all knew how anxious I was and did everything to make me feel comfortable.

Cami cleaned my teeth and Dr. McGann looked them over. Everyone was so pleasant, and they even took me in a few minutes early. Who would have thought that visiting the dentist would be such a pleasant experience!!!

McGann Family Dental brings a balance of warmth and professionalism. I have not encountered these balanced characteristics in a dental office before. They were so caring and wanted to do what was best for the patient. This is rare to find, and I highly encourage people to schedule a consultation if dental work is needed, as they will not be disappointed. I have been been trying to find a dental office that fit my needs and expectations, and I walked out of the office without a doubt in my mind that this was the best choice.

Dr Patrick McGann did two implantants for teeth number 30 and 31 on my (bottom right hand side). There was no pain during and after the procedure when the novocaine wore off. Two weeks have past and there was no infection and excellent healing. I am looking forward to receiving the abutments and crowns in 3-4 months after the implants.
Easy to get there and plenty of parking.

A chipped front tooth looked terrible. Dr. McGann got me in for a repair within two days and the repair looks perfect. Jean the assistant was kind and explained everything including instructions. Dr. McGann has been my dentist for several years. I always leave happy and grateful.

Love going to McGann Family Dental. The staff is always so friendly and accommodating and always make you feel comfortable. I have tried other dental practices but I have finally found one that I am completely happy with! Outstanding experiences!

If you want to go to a dental office where every single person is very efficient and so personable, then please go to see Dr. McGann and his staff! Lanette is an amazing hygienist and Jean does such a nice job at assisting Dr McGann. Annette runs the front office so well and Dr McGann is such a gentle dentist who ALSO does lots of work in the community... I call him Dr. Wonderful! Your family will LOVE coming here!
I was in yesterday, and the staff all greeted me by name; they repaired a broken tooth & set up a plan to have it replaced later this summer!

Dr. McGann is great! He works hard to make sure his patients are happy every time they visit. His practice has new technology that makes dental work easier and better. Everyone in his office is welcoming. I highly recommend him!

I just had my first appointment with Dr. McGann and her team. I was so impressed with the attentiveness and concern of everyone in the office. I felt listened to, respected, and cared for. Dr. McGann expressed a willingness to dig for a solution to a troublesome dental situation I brought her, and I appreciate that so much. Funny as it may seem, I always enjoy my six month visits to McGann Family Dental. These visits are an integral part of my overall health and wellness plan. Their team is extremely professional, knowledgeable and pleasant to work with.

As a new resident of Lake Elmo, I found this small dental practice through a mailed introduction. The professionals I've encountered at McGann Family Dental are focused on delivering excellent, friendly customer service. They take the time to learn about new patients and follow-up with a thorough written report after a first appointment; they also do a fine job of educating and explaining. And I find their periodic e-mail newsletter very informative. Dr. McCann is the quietest member of the team. I have learned he donates his time and skills to help those suffering poverty, homelessness or addiction, at a St. Paul shelter while they try to reclaim their lives, which is a reflection of his values.

I had a new patient appointment scheduled for a later date but, broke a tooth in the mean time. I called, Stacy was very helpful and empathetic. Was able to be seen that day. Everyone I interacted with was friendly and kind, Dr McGann was informative and has a great bedside manner! I highly recommend McGann Family Dental.
