The story behind this shop and its passion for giving back and advocating for children’s mental healthy is heartwarming (and heartbreaking) and inspiring. Pick up a copy of Kristin’s book, Finding Us, “A Mother’s Memoir of Braving Mental Illness with Her Young Daughter.” Shop online but you must stop in when you’re in the Lake Elmo area. When I walked into La Vie Est Belle on 12/8/22, I knew I would enjoy my visit. This cute gift shop was full of so many different "things". There were various types of candles that smelled so great. Jewelry galore (earrings, bracelets, necklaces). Plenty of items to hang on your walls that were so different from anything I've ever seen. T-shirts, sweatshirts, jeans, etc. Pillows, Christmas ornaments, & so much more. The owner of this store was so nice and invited you in with a friendly smile. You just have to visit La Vie Est Belle in Lake Elmo, MN. I will definitely be back!

I recently purchased the multicolored cross body bag and several of the beaded love bracelets from La Vie Est Belle - and I must say I am very pleased with my purchases! I love the look and quality of the bag - which I always receive compliments on, and I have the bracelets on hand for that special gift…beautifully done. I also appreciate the supportive message attached to each bracelet which is an added plus in my mind - and you can’t beat the price point. While the merchandise is great and delivery incredibly timely- it is also the mission and philosophy of the store that will keep me coming back.

Kristin did a wonderful job putting together a gift basket for me. When I asked for local wine to be included, she went to a local winery and bought it to add. The basket and the thoughtfulness of each item was perfect! I highly recommend this local business for all of your gifting needs!!

Not only does LVEB give back (a huge bonus when shopping), they go the extra mile in making sure your gift is wrapped with love. I can't recommend LVEB enough! The Lake Elmo brick & mortar is adorable and a must-visit, as well.

There is a wonderful and growing array of gifts and products available at La Vie Est Belle! I ordered a last-minute gift (Dedamco Giving Bear) for an out-of-state recipient and they received it really quickly and communication was great regarding a special request I had made with the purchase. The shop supports a great cause - greater visibility to and promotion of mental health and mental health care - I look forward to ordering again!

La Vie Est Belle is simply the best. From wedding to baby shower to birthday gifts, there is just always something I find in the store that has the perfect personal touch I am looking for when gift giving.
