Oak Nail Salon

This is by far the best nail salon around! I have been going to Nana & Jenny since they opened! Dora is a newer tech and she is a great addition to their team!

I am super picky with the length and shape of my nails. They know I like them sort and roundish. Also, I always get SNS - this is the best quality powder around. I've had SNS from other salons in the past and my nails would break after 2 weeks. Here, I always go 3+ weeks (and hypothetically if the nail does crack, it still stays ON, and does not fall off... but my nails have not cracked in over a year!). The color variety is awesome too! Some colors are really fun and glow in a black light! (See my attached pictures for all my fun colors over the years!)

The pedicures are always very relaxing and they recently started with a hot stone at the end! It's an amazing extra!

If you're in need of a massage, see Dora! She finds the spot and really works it out! I've had man knots in my neck and she gets them out every single time!!!

If you're trying them for the first time, tell Nana I said Hi!!! (Say it's the Jennifer who lost a lot of weight!! She will know!!) 😉

I moved here about 5 years ago, but continued getting my nails done in Brooklyn because I didn't think there would be a place that did them as well. For a number of reasons I had to get them done now and this was the first place that I saw that does SNS...so I took a risk. I was really pleasantly surprised. The shop is new, lovely,...meditation music was playing, it was peaceful and relaxing...and my nails turned out beautifully. I highly recommend them

I have been going to Oak Nail Salon for years. I have never had a service that I disliked. The staff are friendly, professional, and very talented. I have brought my nieces in with me and they are great with children. I try to always make an appointment, but they are always accommodating if I should happen to walk in. Their space is clean and they have taken extra precaution in the wake of Covid-19.

I am so happy that Nana opened her own nail salon and spa in Shrub Oak in July 2019. She has been doing my nails since 2015 and I will travel a little further for her expert services. She does an excellent job in all areas but I especially recommend the powder gel manicure.
It grows out in about 3 weeks, but one can shower, clean, and even scrub pots without needing to wear gloves. The manicure lasts beautifully and is removed with polish remover, with NO damage to the nail bed.
My nails are beautiful, strong and no longer break.
Nana’s shop is very clean and she has been making
many improvements to the previously owned shop.
She has trained her staff to her high standards.
I highly recommend Oak Nails.

Great experience. I'm so used to doing my nails in the city and always moving fast. This place was a great change and well worth it. It's by appointment so there weren't many people. It was very quiet and peaceful and the staff were so kind and respectful. Would definitely recommend.

I love coming here! Brought my grandmother and she had nothing but good things to say! They are clean, kind, and precise in their painting!

Very nice technicians. Very clean and did a great job with my 9 year old daughter's nails.

Very thorough so expect to be there awhile but worth it. Great pedicures!
