Great pharmacy! Customers can be entitled and rude to the staff. The staff is very informative. One lady was kind enough to show me how to understand their text notifications. Almost every customer gets upset because they would misread them. I would know, I was one...

The store was good, we ordered holiday cards there and it was ready quickly, the pictures were printed good and it was less expensive then online.

I love this store, and the manager, who I always see there no matter when I go, is amazing. I do wish that the Google search for it would have the right hours but that isn’t on them. Everything is clean and organized and everybody is always helpful and I really appreciate it. I’ve been a customer here for 11 years.

The staff at Lake Mohegan CVS are absolutely wonderful. The pharmacy staff are polite even when they are (obviously) very busy. The gentleman at the front check out is so patient - even called for extra help when he helped me with the photo printing - always clean - prices well marked - I am very pleased with their servie.

Wow! I love the pharmacy staff here! There are 2 males that are exceptionally fun and kind! One has colored hair and the other has dreadlocks. Efficient and friendly always! Thank you both for being amazing!!!

Michael the pharmacist has gotten a really good hold on the dyafunction that has gone on in the pharmacy. He and all the current staff are fabulous at taking care of all their customers!

I always get my prescriptions on time and the pharmacists was helpful concerning my questions on specific medications.

The phamacists and pharmacy assistants are always a pleasure to deal with! Also I had an issue with printing holiday cards to this store after ordering them online. They cannot print to the "stationary" paper - the printers are jamming up (seems to be a problem at many of their stores from what I was told) and the employee called me 30 minutes after I placed the order to inform me of the issue but said she would call in the morning to find out if there was another store in the area that could do it. She called right after 9am the next day to say they could not either and that customer support would have to take it from there. While I"m not happy that my order may not be ready for Christmas, the service I got (informing me of the issue quickly and calling me back early the next day) was great and I was very appreciative of their efforts to help. Great service at this store.

I get my prescriptions here often. Every time I come, their very fast and on point. I’ve shopped here for other things as well and they have a good selection of products. Definitely A+.

This CVS is open 24/7 which is convenient if you need a script filled from the nearby hospital

The female pharmacist who worked on 6/2 at 8:45am was so so helpful, sweet and knowledgeable. She was able to fix all the issues I was having previously. Thank you!!
