Solid five stars. This is a place that I can trust 100% for all car repairs and maintenance needs. I felt the owners are honest and never tried to “sell” me something that I didn’t need. Prices are very reasonable, surprisingly affordable for the area. This is and will stay my go-to place.

We’ve been coming here for years. TriStar specializes in everything from breaks to tune ups to anything mechanical. They are experts with mufflers, engines, transmissions, and do body work as well.

They actually specialize in BMWs and exotic cars too. Great people, reasonable prices, and even better service. Highly recommend coming here for all of your auto mechanical needs. The owner Chico and his wife Lucy are amazing people that always do the right thing. Chico and his crew is the most professional team I've ever met. Caring, friendly and knowledgeable of every car problems you can encounter. I had tried to clear my faulty codes and no other mechanic was able to do it, till I went to TriStar! I passed inspection now!! The oil change also is superior to everyone as they have a designated person, Seth, who provides them with the best product in the market! I would drive 100 miles to have my car fixed at Chico's, I highly recommend!!!

Very glad I found this shop. I had to get my car towed here after another shop installed old broken parts under the hood and my car was left broken down, stranded. The guys here do great work for very reasonable prices. They went above and beyond to make sure my car was up and running again for me. Thank you so much!

They fix all our cars and do an incredible job. If they babysat I’d trust them with my kids. Everything is always on the up and up, they work quick and they don’t charge an arm and a leg. To have a garage right in the neighborhood that you know is gonna take care of you is invaluable

All the members of my family have their cars serviced here. Our experience has always been so professional. The owner and his staff take excellent care of our cars. We are comfortable sending out college daughter there when she has an issue knowing she will get the issue fixed . We just sent her their the other day they solved the issue and her car is back to running perfect . We are so grateful for the honesty of the owner and his staff . We recommend Tri-star to everyone

Direct, knowledgable, reasonably priced mechanical service for all our cars for many years. Yes, the place is busy and located on a busy street but that is a small sacrifice for the great work they do. Highly recommended. Thank you!

I had work done today (June 28). The staff is very professional and there mechanics know what they are doing. I had gone to my dealership prior to coming here and my dealership was going to over charge double for the same amount of work. I'm glad my son and daughter recommended me to TriStar.

Every single worker I came across were so pleasant and friendly. From the moment I walked In, I knew they were genuine people. They took care of me so well and so fast. Will only go to them for all future maintenance work.

Juan was very accommodating, me coming in at the last minutes of the day. He diagnosed my problem and fixed right then even extending closing time. And I felt I wasn't overcharged either, so he come highly recommended by me.

This shop is by far the best!! In all my years driving & using a slew of different shops, I was lucky enough to have it recommended to me 6 yrs ago and have recommended it to many people! It's almost like a dream! A shop that actually does brilliant work, are absolutely honest & fair and customers all consider them friends!!! In this day & age, to find a local shop such as Tri-Star is a rare find! They are absolutely the best!!

They have a quick turnaround, fair prices, and I've never had a bad repair.
I've never had them even try to sell me parts or services I didn't need. Haven't gone to any other shops in the last few years because Tri Star is that good.

My parents have been going to this mechanic for almost 20 years now. Siblings and I all bought our first (and in some cases, second) car here. I live in NJ, now but still take my care here for maintenance and care. The best and most trustworthy shop you're likely to find in all of northern Westchester. Most people already know this as it's always crowded.

I was passing through on a long trip and the fuse on my cigarette lighter blew, making it impossible to use my GPS to navigate. My phone was close to dying and I could not navigate. Tri star fixed my fuse in 20 mins while I waited on a busy day, allowing me to guickly continue on my way. And he cost was way less than I expected. I am so grateful for their kind, expert service. They did not need to fit me in on a busy day and went out of their way to help!!

I found Tristar in an emergency when I really needed an honest mechanic. My car broke on Taconic state parkway and was towed to Tristar auto as they were the nearest open shop on a Saturday afternoon. According to the car manual the car was in need of a serious and expensive repair . When I talked to Sam a few days later he told me he had only replaced the car's coolant inlet pipe and thermostat.I wish this business was in NYC where I live so I could always go to them.

The team is excellent! The prices are fair and the work is done very well!! They can fix anything and everything, so grateful!

Best shop in town. Especially for german cars. Ive taken cars there for maintenance & performance work, they always get it done no games or BS.
