I've been looking for insurance agencies that truly care about the customer and I'm so happy I looked into Acceptance. Dezarat and the ladies there are wonderful at making a customer feel comfortable and listening to their needs. If you're looking for insurance help look here first!

Listen, Kelly Moore is by far the greatest insurance agent of ALL TIME!! I’ve never had any issues, they’re coverage is awesome and the get stuff done ASAP!! I recommend everyone using Acceptance as their insurance company! And if you forget to pay they’ll call and remind you which is great when you have to have a SR22 Bond!! Not to mention the SR22 Bonds are cheaper!!! Please get with her and get your stuff together, she will get you all the way right!! I have been with acceptance since 2017 an by far I wouldn’t go no where else. Great prices an enjoyable people. I love jimmy an kelly so much. When you walk in an they know you by name that by far is the best thing. I do miss James but Kelly an jimmy are superstars. When I had my car crash I called the office balling my eyes out an jimmy was my agent an he was so very sweet to me. He told me what I needed an told me to make sure to let him know I got home safety an they would get in gear. When I left for my vacation I stop at the office an got all needed paperwork for my trip an Kelly cheer me on an kept my head in the game for my trip cause she knew it was a dream in the making.
