I have been to this location a few times. The ladies are always pleasant. They are also very efficient. Even when there is a wait, it is short. Best BMV I have been to in Dayton/Springfield area.

I was worried about it being crowded in the afternoon, so I opted to go before work. I knew they opened at 8, but they opened the door several minutes early and I was helped right away. Karen was prompt, courteous, and got me in and out as quickly as possible.

My husband and I went in December on the 3rd, and we were helped as soon as we walked in. We both got the Real ID licenses and registration for 4 years on both our cars. Sandy helped us and I am truly impressed by the speed and service we experienced. Wonderful job!

Usually we all complain about a trip to the BMV, but in this instance I have none. The staff were pleasant, and I was finished in record time. A deep thank you to them for their help.

Hopped in just after opening on a Saturday to renew my license and was done in just 20 minutes (granted, it wasn't very busy). Staff were friendly and helpful. The best dmv/bmv/bov experience I've had.

They do a great job they were helpful courteous processed me through the test that I needed to take took my information gave me the information I needed to know and set me on my way I appreciate the things that they did for me and the way they helped me through the process thanks guys
