I came in for a balance and Sue helped me. She told me the person who put my full acrylic set with tips on, did so incorrectly so she had to remove them and redo them or there was a potential for air to get under the nail and cause fungi. She removed them, did a full set with polish, and told me a helpful tip for dry skin (Vick's Vaporub)! Awesome, all for $50 plus my cash tip. 😊

I found Nails by Jade a few months ago after having an awful experience at another salon. I have seen Van, Lana & Tran all in the last few months and I'm very pleased with all of them. The salon is clean and the techs are fun & professional.

I had an appointment and soon as I walked in Sou was ready. Everyone was so friendly. Several people came right in and was served immediately. Sou can do hand drawn art on your nails. I always get a lot of compliments. It's also located in a great spot. If you want clean, professional and style.. this is the place.

The staff is always friendly and service is great. I believe this is my 4th time here so this will be my permanent nail place.

I loved it. The place has a calming atmosphere. You can kind of just melt into. The people was nice and the person who did my manipedi, lana was kind and very welcoming she made me feel comfortable with being there as it was my first time.The Store is child friendly and even had some rules on place to protect store property. You do have to call for the prices as they are not listed. Overall I had a great experience.

My very favorite salon in town. I call ahead and make an appointment for my nails and they are always on time when I arrive. The folks here are friendly and they are always welcoming and kind. Their pedicure chairs are comfy and relaxing. I get Solar Nails and consistently get complimented on them. My Gel Pedicures usually last at least a month looking stunning.

This was my first time getting acrylic nails and I'm so impressed! Lana did an amazing job, was super helpful with suggestions and very personable. If I lived in columbus I would definitely be a regular with Lana. But I'll take coming back during visits!! Thank you Lana!

Haven't had my nails done in 2 years, since I moved to Pickerington.finally went.so so glad I came here! My husband got me a gift certificate-he did a great job picking the place. Van did my nails exactly how I wanted.so nice to have someone that listens to you, doesn't just do what they want.this will be my nail home

This was my first appointment at Nails by Jade. Upon arrival into the shop, I was greeted very friendly and professionally. I thought the shop was very very nice. My nail tech Sou, is the ABOSOLUTE BEST Nail Tech. My nails are ALWAYS beautifully done and well taken care of. No problems at all with my nails in 3 years. I will follow her to any shop that she goes to. I'm hoping that she stays here. This is a great fit for her.

Sou is the best! So sweet, so fast, so delicate! The shop fit in myself, my bride, and our bridal party! Was clean and inviting!

MARY IS AMAZING!! She was funny, pleasant, and more importantly, gave THE BEST pedi and l foot massage EVER!! .....I had to think twice about posting....but this secret should be shared so others can experience her gift!!

I have been going to Sou for a long time and she is a very excellent nail text. She does a great job, and is so sweet and nice. I would not dream of going anywhere else. I would give her a 10 plus rating. You will not be disappointed.
