Big Lots

Recently had a somewhat negative experience at this location but the store manager and two other employees turned it around for me today. Thank you for helping me load my dresser into my vehicle and making a once negative situation end on a positive note. Great job to this team!

The staff is very friendly and helpful and they have a great selection of products. I went there to buy a chair and they had exactly what I wanted. Highly recommend this store.

Always find discounts and pleasant staff

Items on clearance popped up on my laptop, drove over & found almost all that I wanted & more. Hadn't been in that Big Lots for awhile & was pleasantly surprised how many more items were in the store. Good spacing, very clean & all employees were helpful & polite. Only negative, I thought the 15% discount was for being a member, must have needed a code, phone wouldn't pull it up 😫

Loved it!! Was there almost 2 hours twice in two weeks. I absolutely am impressed with their new store setup and their new products line. Whoever came up with the idea for a change to their overall store model deserves a raise. I am going back to buy a beautiful, solid, sturdy loveseat for my front room. Impressed about their kids room decorations for boy and girl going back for those too.

Looking for wrapping paper and I found a great deal of potato chips, three for $6...I couldn't pass that up

An oldie but goodie!! You cannot go wrong with Big Lots! They have a large selection of things you want and things you didn’t know you needed Lol This store was clean and every worker I came in contact with was very pleasant. Their home decor is a hidden gem for sure!! Their Christmas decorations are THE cutest every single year as well!

Manager here name is Nicole and she is the most efficient, knowledgeable, helping manager at any of the stores I have been at. This young lady should be a General Manager that trains all employees and staff. She's awesome! I go out my way to go to her particular store.

I want to personally thank one of the store managers by the name of Betty and her entire team. My experience with this location was exceptional. I recently purchased a bunk bed from this location. Once we got home and got to the very end of building we realized there was a defect in the holes needed to complete the bunk bed. It was late at night and we reached out to management, the closing manager Betty found the replacement and stayed at the store past closing hours in order for us to pick it up and prevent our kids from sleeping on the floor since we'd already given their old beds away. The next morning, I realized that we gave one part back that we needed to complete the ladder on the bed and my cell phone was in the box we gave back to the store the night before. We arrived a few minutes before open, they let us into the store to get what we needed including the phone. I was surprised to see that the same closing manager was there this morning as well. I can not thank them enough not only for being essential workers, but going above and beyond to help my family and I. I truly appreciate it, the bed is beautiful, and we could not have asked for better service. You all were amazing and I wish you all many blessings during this time and beyond.

Always a pleasant experience when shopping here. The inventory has been beefed up of late. Two cashiers on staff this Sunday morning, quite surprised. Didn't have to wait in line long to check out. Staff was friendly.

The pickerington store has a nice variety to choose from in all the items they carry. I enjoy going to that big lots. It is well stock and have items mine does not . The employees were nice and they do a good job getting the customers through the checkouts and that I love.

Little bit of everything a good prices, also the closeout deals they have are always nice

My wife and I bought a loveseat and recliner from here and the sales guy was so nice and helpful.

This is the cleanest and most organized big lots store I've been to. I was pleasantly surprised by the variety of good quality products they have. Even the furniture looks great.

Andrew can truly demonstrate GREAT Customer service! I called around looking for a particular food product because I wanted to completely stock up on it. He had the items and even filled a shopping cart up during the day because I wouldn't' be able to come in until the end of the night. That was awesome to just walk in, confirm the items and get out the door within the last 10 mins of the shopping day available. I was elated thinking, I didn't have to run around and my order was INSTANT! He didn't have to do that. I could have pulled everything off the shelves for myself, but he had the extra time and that paid off for me! THANK YOU ANDREW! You're a Sweetheart! I called in earlier about the product and Ginger was an absolute Doll with taking care of my questions!

Been a while since I've been here in Pickerington because of the COVID shutdown and restrictions..very nice and updated store. Enjoyable shopping trip. Wow! Great selection of everything, wish the clothing area was larger🙂 found so many things today. I definitely will tell my friends !

The new concept and better products is nice to see. Was expecting to walk in to a disorganized store. Much better shopping experience. All the employees were very nice and helpful.
