Kohl's Pickerington

I stopped in to pick up an order. My order for self pick up was not in the correct bin. Phyllis stopped what she was doing to help. She contacted someone and they were able to find my item. She was so friendly and eager to help. I so appreciated it.

Tee made my shopping experience wonderful! She knows everything about the business and it was impressive. A big thanks to Tee at Pickerington store!

Kohls Associate Nikki was so very helpful and also very nice - the checkout line was super long so I was going to purchase the item online - I had asked Nikki a question about the item and said I was going to place order online because of the long line. Nikki said she could check me out at the return desk. I appreciated that very much!

Very pleasant shopping experience today. I had numerous team members greet us, ask if we needed help or just carry on a polite conversation. Store was tidy and easy to shop. Tee (Tillia?) was very helpful at checkout and set me up with a Sephora rewards account.

Encountered cashiers, Amy and Admad (apologies if a name misspell) at the service desk. They were taking purchases. Both were pleasant personalities to engage with. AND the store was organized and clean. (That has been a long time coming.) Store manager, Jeffrey, was even fun to engage with today!

I went to Kohls in order to return a package to Amazon. The store was well marked, so it was very easy to find where I needed to go. The staff was very efficient and friendly. I was afraid I would have to walk around the whole store carrying a box, but I was pleasantly surprised!!

We used to avoid going to this location because it was always in disarray. That has changed dramatically recently. The store is clean and organized. So nice to have in my backyard

Good shopping experience here today. Ended up with purchasing two Citizen watches and bedding including sheets, pillowcases, blankets and comforter. The only thing I don't like about Kohls is having to use their card for the 30% discount. I had to cancel my Kohls card because of the terms allowing them to exploit my personal information. Read the fine print.

I always have a great shopping experience at Kohls. The lady at the return desk is always friendly. Although the lines are long to checkout, they get you through in a hurry.

Once again I have to say that the employees at this store really go out of their way. I was shopping for OSU apparel and saw something I liked but it was too large. While in the store I tried to look online for my size, possibly at another store. After my search it said no results found. I searched more generally for grey OSU sweatshirts. Again, no results found. Now we know that's not true. Especially since I was looking at probably 40 grey OSU sweatshirts while I was standing there.

I went to the service desk and the lovely young lady there tried to search other stores and she had the same problem, even using the SKU#. She had the same problem. No results found. I decided not to shop any further even though I had Kohl's cash and a 30% off coupon. It just felt like they didn't need my business.

They had what I was looking for and I was there later at night and the staff was VERY nice and pleasant.

Dressing rooms are so much nicer with the pleasant associate who gives a number and returns the items you don't want to buy. Store is organized and clean.

Phyllis was very helpful and bent over backwards to give us, my grand daughter and I, a very happy experience.

I was ill and unable to use Kohl’s cash. I went to the store explained the situation. The associate helped me use it. That’s what a good business does for customers.

Store representative named Wai Chi came to assist me, she was friendly and very helpful. Kudos to Wai Chi! Thank you, Martha-Jane

Excellent customer service. I had a problem with a new card (my old card had been lost) and the associates were friendly and efficient.

Lacey and Israel were very friendly and helpful at the checkout. I was shopping for 4 great grandchildren for school clothes. Lacey bagged each of the kids clothes separately and Israel was very helpful in answering a question I had. Thank you very much for your help.

Did Amazon returns. Person wasn't very helpful but they were patient while I fumbled through it.
