CVS

Today I was blown away with the shopping experience because of Roji. She helped me find what I needed exactly took her time with a very very positive attitude, had a really good vibe and a real genuine positive attitude with a smile. Even suggested alternatives and was really informed with the products.

Bryce was awesome today and I'm sure he is everyday. I appreciate his help keep him he's and awesome worker. Pickerington Hill road

Well, it appears as if maybe I’m in the minority here with my review. I had great experience with Trayton today.
My son need a prescription tonight and the only place opened to fill it was this CVS. When I first arrived there was a little confusion but I’d say that’s due to the high demand this pharmacy has. I’m not sure how anyone can keep up it, they have 1,000’s of scripts and the phones were going nuts, along with a massive line of people all right before they close. The manager kept with cool and assured me he would get my script ready right away and he did in less than 10 minutes.

I have had very good service at every single cvs that I have worked with all have been helpful, kind, curious, and prompt taking extra time waiting, and answering questions about a prescription or over the counter product. I also enjoy the fact that several of the pharmacist knew me by name after I brief period of time

I ordered my wedding photos in 4 x 6 prints and came to pick up the next day. After purchasing the photos, I returned home to start putting them into an album and found out that many of the photos were missing. I called the store because I was certain that I paid for the missing photos. The woman on the phone explained that the gentleman that gave me my prints didn’t notice that there was another envelope that somehow got detached from the first envelope. She apologized and said that she would write a note on the envelope that I would be picking up that I had already paid. It was a simple process to come back in to CVS to obtain my left behind photos. It was a simple mistake on CVS’s part. I was not upset and they apologized, which I appreciated.

CVS is more than just a drug store/pharmacy. We do a lot of our regular shopping here too. They always have great sales, great store brand deals, and a very friendly coupon policy. The associates are always very helpful.

Manager Tom went out of his way to help me print my husband’s passport pictures. He sensed my distress and sat with me and tried several ways to help me. I appreciate his patience and concern.

I am very surprised by all the negative comments on here. I love this CVS pharmacy! They have always done such a great job for me! I highly recommend this pharmacy!

Staff is helpful, usually very busy, i try to go the least busy time of day.

A good place to get a few small things. Including small toy cars, chips, books, and even pool toys.
