I just happened to pull up Katie on Google Maps when I seriously decided to look for a house, since she happened to be nearby. I'm glad I did, as she helped me navigate this crazy buyer environment in 2021 and helped me get my dream house in just a few months.
She's very diligent in following up on interested properties and responded at some pretty crazy hours when I asked for some tours. I don't think she ever dropped the ball on a single property I asked about. I've never bought a house before and didn't have family nearby to advise me, so she patiently walked me through what to look for when inspecting a house, common pitfalls, what each part of the bid meant, and more. She never pushed me to go for any specific property but was honest with her own opinion on each property when I asked for it.
I highly recommend her for anyone like myself who hasn't purchased a home before.
