Angela Brown is by far the best in town! She's knowledgeable, professional, patient and kind. Our situation is unique, and she assisted us every step of the way. She did her homework on every house she showed us and was able to answer our questions in a prompt manner. She adjusted her schedule to accommodate us, and we never felt pressured to make a decision in this hot market. I have rarely written reviews in the past but Angela is exceptional and deserves the best! We decided to move to the Columbus area in the spring of 2022. We were initially looking at existing homes but decided to build a custom home. It was a great pleasure to work with Angela! We worked with her for about 18 months. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and instrumental throughout the whole building process. She went above and beyond our expectations. The process was long and stressful however, Angela’s experience, friendliness, patience, great sense of humor, and professionalism made it much easier. She was consistently involved. She was literally with us during every single meeting, phone call, video call, or email message from the beginning until the end. Whether visiting different vendors, doing walk-throughs, or visiting the construction site at least once a week, Angela was always with us!!! When problems appeared, and there were several, she worked hard to solve them. She was very reachable and available 7 days a week, during day time and night time, and even when she was on vacations. Angela became like family to us! We couldn’t have done it without her. We worked with multiple realtors in the past but have never met a realtor who works as hard and is as involved as Angela is!! Whether looking to buy an existing home or build, we can’t recommend her enough!! Angela deserves way more than five stars!! We were so lucky to work with her and can’t thank her enough for all her wonderful work and for being there for us!!!

Ok this is my real review for Angela Brown **************** ! Even that is not enough. I found her on FB and seeing the responses thought well, that's a little too good to be true but I called her anyway. Best decision ever! Just calling her a Realtor should include genius-charmer-sorcerer-medium-enchanter-prophet-pit bull as well. She is hands on truly! Painting, hanging lights, even helping to pack and take the boxes to storage by herself! She has connections with all trades that you may want in getting your home ready for sale. Always available with a smile and getting the task completed! I miss her energy, smile and laugh so much after working with her during the sale and purchasing of our awesome new home.

Angela did a fantastic job in helping us sell our condo. We had already moved out of state before the listing and sale but Angela kept us informed and handled all the local details for us. She made the process go smoothly for us and it was a pleasure working with her.

She is so understanding, truthful and very honest. She is always ready to answer our questions and explain each and every step in the process. Angela is a fantastic agent and I highly recommend her! As a first time homeowner she made the process less stressful and intimidating by understanding my needs and tailoring our searches to the criteria that was important to me. She ensured that the seller completed all his obligations prior to me moving in and even assisted and advised when I had to replace my HVAC system. She goes above and beyond to help you.

Angela is truly the best in the business. I have personally bought and sold two properties working with her, and my entire family has worked with her as well. She is incredibly knowledgeable and honest with you through what can be a very stressful process. She treats every client as if they are a top priority. I could go on and on about how wonderful our experiences have been, but in short you would be missing out on an amazing opportunity but not working with her!

We absolutely LOVED working with Angela. When we first started our home search my husband was skeptical of working with a realtor. When we started working with Angela we realized how valuable it is to have a knowledgeable professional by your side. She checked in with us weekly, answered all of my random questions and was always stopping in on the house to check on construction. We plane on being in this home forever but if we ever purchased again I would reach out to her immediately!

Let me tell you something about Angela. She has to be the best realtor around. She took us on as new home buyers when we knew absolutely nothing about how to purchase a home or where to even start besides being pre approved. She made a custom list for us that updated multiple times a day with new homes in our price range with the criteria that we has asked for. We would call or text her and she was all over getting us a showing super fast....like make your head spin fast lol. Once she helped us find the home we knew we wanted, she was unstoppable. That night she wrote up the offer we were going with after the walk through and went over every little detail with us to make sure we knew as much about the home and the bidding process as we possibly could. She is obviously very very good at her job and very professional. We won the bid on the home and the ball started rolling right away. She walked me through everything the loan officer wanted if I didn’t understand, she would meet me early in the morning or late in the evening if there was something the loan officer needed that I couldn’t get to them and Angela would run it right down, even to the point to darkening copies at her home so there was no question about visibility. The selling agent....will remain nameless....was the most unorganized and the worst communicator I have ever heard of. Angela did not stand for that at all. We got approved and out of underwriting and we had nothing but bad luck and bad news from the selling realtor. I never thought he was going to get it together so I could get this home for my family. Once Angela got the green light from the loan company that we could close, Angela was done playing games. I have no idea what she said besides what I had told her my thoughts were, but we closed that week. I can not recommend Angela enough. She is amazing, she is very focused, friendly, confident, and flexible. If you want a realtor that is there for you no matter what, she is your woman. Thanks again Angela! We are so happy with our first home!

You won’t find a realtor who works as hard as Angela does. She put an incredible amount of time and effort into helping us get our home into the best shape to sell. This included installing a back splash, painting our deck, cabinets, replacing light fixtures and much more. No other realtor that I have dealt with has even offered to put their own sweat equity into the deal. Her efforts resulted in a quick sale over list. Our house was transformed by her work and advice and it allowed us to get top dollar for our home. She was with us every step of the way and always available for phone calls, texts and emails. Angela really is the best at what she does and she is truly gifted. I would recommend her to anyone looking for a realtor that is going to be on your side all the way through the end of the process, even when things get challenging.

As a first time home buyer in this market I couldn’t have asked for a better Agent. Angela took the time to review everything with us as we were starting from ground zero. With her knowledge and experience we knew we were in good hands. Angela has great recommendations from a local mortgage lender and other individuals that were super helpful in this process. I have never known of a realtor going above and beyond in the way Angela did!! She helped me physically and emotionally when it came to selling to my home. She jumped in EVERY day and devoted her weekdays and weekends away from her family for the help I needed to get done to list the home and then she exceeded to help even after it was sold (which I thought was an impossible list). She is now a part of my family and proved to me that I made the right choice hiring her. Selling my house was easy once it was on the market, but the work prior to contract and after contract is what makes her amazing! After having 15 showings in just one day (our first day too!) and three offers we were able to get $10,000 over asking price!! I would never recommend a better realtor than Angela Brown! I am forever grateful for her sacrifice and time she gave to help me start a new chapter in my life and I would have not been able to overcome the obstacles I had without her.
