I cannot recommend this place enough! Got me in same day! Im not a car person at all, I had a bad rear wheel bearing and they explained everything to me and were extremely polite. You can tell these guys actually care about their work they are kind, treat you with the upmost respect. Prices are fair. Will definitely be coming back for my next service ! 10/10 ⭐ ⭐⭐⭐⭐

Listen! I’m not a fake person but very real, with real financial things I face all the time. I came in today after going to a major car service shop and I my brake pads, rotor, and caliper was all shot. What was 1200 at the other company, Jim and his team met me where I was at 350 and did it in a timely manner with great hospitality and kindness. I’m a lifelong customer and I will be going to him for first for anything I need with the services he provides. This is one of the best experiences I’ve had in a long time. Thanks Jim! I would have spent easily $1,000 or more at any other local well known car repair shop. My vehicle went in with horrible grinding in the brakes and a leaky radiator and it came back out sounding like a new vehicle. I couldn't be happier. This was a blessing and I am thankful to have found Brake Discount Centers. They have my business from now on.

The owner and staff are easy to deal with. They always make the transition smooth and truly care about their customers. They're friendly, they're kind, and they explain everything and truly go out their way to make sure that things are well taken care of. I remember the first time I went there I had a slow leak in my tire and the owner came out with no hesitation looked at it, found a hole in the tire with the nail, patched it up, fixed it and didn't charged me and ever since then I've always been loyal and came back whenever I needed work done on my cars. They do phenomenal work both on my truck and my cars and I highly recommend this place for anyone who's wanting great work for an affordable price.

These guys did such a great job with my car and along side with that they had high quality service. I would recommend these guys, definitely a 10/10. Brake Discount in Pickerington is by far one of the best places to go for your car. They do great work. The staff especially Jim and Chris are extremely helpful and honest when evaluating what needs to be done. Will definitely go back here. Why? I refer everyone I know to go here for reliable and fair maintenance on there vehicles. I take all my vehicles to them every time, and they always do right by me.

Highly recommend. I have used twice for brake repairs. Honest, dependable, and timely. They do not try to fix things that don’t need repaired. Also reasonably priced. I personally won’t go anywhere else.

I went to Tuffy to see if the would help me put in my new headlights and the said all there people were going to lunch so the couldn’t help. So I stopped at brake discount and the did in no time flat.

Brake Discount Center is right smack dab in the middle of the intersection of where good people and good craftsmanship meet. Out of the way and in a rather indescript location on Hill Rd in Pickerington near Taco Bell - Brake Discount Center is a hidden gem. When my son-in-law directed me there, I was like "naw no can do" as most often I take my car to a Mercedes dealership or someplace with all the bells and whistles out front. Lemme tell you, when you go to places with all the bells and whistles thats just what you're paying for... their bells and their whistles. Because the mechanical work IS THE SAME, especially since Jim is a certified Mercedes serviceman! Plus, you get quality workmanship at a much lower price and with a level of customer service that is if possibly matched is definately not surpassed. Hey, I'm writing a review from my perspective but you don't know me from a can a paint so this may or may not influence your decision but if you have old school thinking about one of your most valuable assets and remember when your mechanic became a most valued friend you outta give Brake Discount Center a look see. Worst you're gonna walk away with is good work at a low price.
