Just had my 2002 c5 corvette repaired with a faulty hazard switch. Troy and Cody and entire service was awesome, I have been going to Buds for years you all are top notch 👌

Cody Good was amazing! Answered all our questions explained everything thoroughly and was a pleasure to work with! He had no problem staying late and guiding us through all the new technology on vehicles today. He came out immediately and was very polite and friendly in his response to our questions. We had a great experience at Buds and I even got a text this morning from Cody checking in on us and our new SUV!

I am very pleased with the customer service I received this week in the purchase of a luxury used car. Salesman Cody was a knowledgeable salesman who led me to making a decision right for me without pressure.

Cody Good was a pleasure to work with. He was very friendly and helpful. He took his time explaining everything to us. We test drove several vehicles and came back the next day to test drive one of them again. He was very patient and informative with us! On the 3rd day we purchased our Encore GX! Cody was very thorough in showing us how all the different options of our new vehicle worked, which was very much appreciated. We will definitely do business with Cody and Bud's again!
Angie was very helpful, too, when it came time to purchase the vehicle, get our new title and purchase our extended warranty. She even called our insurance company for us, to transfer our car insurance to our new vehicle! Again, everyone at Bud's was a pleasure to work with!

My wife and I had an amazing experience at Buds in St Mary’s. Within 5 minutes of pulling into the lot, Salesman Cody was out to greet us and ready to assist, even though it was cold and spitting rain. He asked great qualifying questions and found us exactly what we were looking for. Since it was near closing time on Friday he explained the steps he would take to get everything in order and got us a great price for our trade-in. When we got there Monday he had it filled up with gas and took time to sit with my wife and give her a crash course on all the features of this fully loaded vehicle we purchased. Lastly I want to say how awesome Sheryl Hertenstein was filling out all the paperwork. She was organized and had great personality and made us feel right at home. Of all the vehicles I bought, this was probably the best experience I have had.

When it comes to customer service, the staff at Bud's Chevrolet are all top notch. Their team members are all courteous and are willing to take the time to help make the best deal possible without any pressure or hidden agendas. The sales group are well educated in the GM products and can answer detailed questions without hesitation. In addition, their financial staff will take time to provide multiple finance options to help meet your personal needs and/or requests. I may be a little biased with my comments, but it is because of the customer service and support that I keep coming back for purchases as well as preventative services.

Shannon and the rest of the Bud" team did an excellent job during my recent vehicle purchase. Would recommend them to anyone.......Great people...great service!

Scott was very helpful and very honest and straight forward with everything. The whole team was fair and reasonable throughout the entire process and was very happy with the experience I had there.

Update: (10/8/21) I'm still very pleased with how well they treat their customers but I was extremely aggravated by them not calling me and giving me ANY updates on my car. They had my car for two weeks to fix my issue because I had to get a new engine and then there was an issue with the new engine. But it was still infuriating that I had to be the one to call them to get updates for when I could get my car back. I'm leaving my review at 5 stars though, because they are a very friendly and professional staff and will continue to bring my car here when/if I have issues with it in the future. I appreciate all the time they took to fix my issues, but like I said, a call with any updates would have been nice.
(9/27/21)Bought a pre-owned 2015 Chevy Equinox in February. Had to bring it in today for a rod bearing that was causing some knocking.
Very professional team. They truly make you the top priority and make sure you are well taken care of!
The waiting area has plenty of seats which are comfortable! They also have a "help yourself" counter with water and coffee.
Just wish I could've watched something else on tv, but had a great experience with them. (My bill will say otherwise though!)

Brought the Vette in for the transmission filter change. Quite the process, but Cody kept me in the loop and let me know what was going on. Very happy with the dealership personnel and the Service Department. While it does take me about an hour and 15 minutes to get to Bud’s, it’s worth the drive. Couldn’t be more pleased.
