The receptionist and technician were very nice and friendly. The technician took the time to make sure the adjustment of my glasses was satisfactory.

The Fort Loramie Office is wonderful to work with. Dr. Schlarman is top notch. I personally had a rare issue with one of my eyes and she was very knowledgeable and had an aggressive treatment with wonderful success.

I had double vision and light streaks suddenly come on. I called the after hour number and Dr Schlarman got right on it. She got me in that day, and Cameron’s was so patient because I could not do the test right to save my soul.

Thorough exam, all questions answered completely. Staff very helpful when choosing new glasses.

Dr. Fortman is always very clear and concise when talking about my eyes. She also gives me options and makes me feel like my eye health is important to her. the lady who helped me pick out sunglasses was so helpful, attentive and kind. she even found me a% off.

Every time I go in there, I am treated with respect and kindness, from the girls at the front desk, to the assistant to the Doctors and down the Doctors themselves. This review is for the Pickup portion (for 3 pairs eyeglasses). It took 5-6 weeks. Since these were upgrades/replacements, that wasn't a major issue. However, a mistake was made on the Safety glasses (frame color was incorrect). A new frame was ordered, and that "issue" will be resolved after the correct frame comes in. The Staff that I dealt with were quite courteous. The Tech that assisted Me with My glasses was quite apologetic about the time frame involved with the delivery of My eyeglasses, and the mistake with the frame color of the new safety glasses. Again, not an issue with Me. She offered to let Me take the safety glasses and wear them until the new frame comes in, but I declined. My "old" one are perfectly fine to wear till the new frame is available. I'm still giving the 5 stars due to the courtesy, professionalism, and attitude that was given.

Now, fast-forward to December 29, 2022. I went in to replace lenses in 2 pairs of glasses. Once again, the appointment was easy to get, the wait time was minimal (5-10 minutes). In/Out time quite acceptable (30-35 minutes). I got what I needed, the Staff was very courteous and personable. Way too easy for me.

Its January 14, 2023. This past week, I had 2 pairs of lenses replaced. Service was great. Timeline wasn't an issue for this. But it was pretty quick (about 8-10 days, I think). Staff was very courteous. I was in/out in about 20 minutes. Once again, it was way too easy.

Now, It's November 24, 2023. My visit was on the 22nd, at 1500, at the Ft. Loramie Location. I had the exam and decided to upgrade my existing frames with the slightly increased new lenses. And once again, it was quite easy. The staff was quite courteous and personable. Now I'm ready to proceed forward into RETIREMENT (in 3 weeks). Yippee!!!

Primary Eye Care staff is very friendly and explains everything as you go through the process of your exam. Explains how your insurance works and what is covered/not covered. I would highly recommend them.

Dr. Ahrns has been my eye Dr for over 30 years and has always remembered me and my eyesight deficits. He is very personable, yet very professional. He listens to the patient. I dread the day he retires :( However, I have been introduced to Dr. Schlarman and she is very nice and works with the patients wants and needs all in one.

Always take such good care of me. Explains your care so you can understand everything.
