Edit: I apologize for the delay, but the manager at this site contacted my wife that corrections had been made. I'm changing my rating because the people at the store apparently did what you'd hope, but I am still displeased that it takes Verizon 2-3 billing cycles to effect corrections, and that the company is obviously aware as it's written into their app not to allow screen shots, which I got around but is as much an issue with Samsung. However, I have nothing but praise for the people that do their best at this location. This is the reason I prefer brick and mortar locations with real people that try.

Best service i have ever had at verizon in St Mary's. Service was by Henry. He was awesome. He took care of all my needs. He went above and beyond to be sure my new phone and watch were working properly before i left. Hands down best experience at verizon. Thanks Henry.

I visited the Verizon store in St Marys Ohio on Dec 5 where Austin Stapleton help me. He was very knowledgeable and efficient in repairing my phone. Also I enjoyed his pleasant attitude.

Brittany at the St.Mary’s store was such a help! She spent over an hour with us, helping cancel my Dad’s phone and setting my Mom up with a new phone. She was so kind to my elderly Mom.

Brittany is a star! She went above and beyond for my 87 year-old mom to help her change from a phone that she could not understand (and should never have been sold to her) to getting her the flip phone that she could understand and use and be happy with. I could go on and on about what a kind and knowledgeable person Brittany is, but suffice it to say that she saved us as Verizon customers. Have you got that? She kept your customers. Thank you Brittany!!!

Brittany M helped me purchase and set up a new phone in no time! I went in expecting to be at the store for a couple of hours and ended up leaving in under in hour. Great service Brittany!

Spent 2 hrs with MSDISON and trying to figure out how my phone works .I bought a new charger, Madison was very. Very helpful in helping me (84 yrs young) to understand the inside of my phone. I greatly appreciate the time she took to help me. She is very knowledge and I recommend her to a higher position as time goes on
