I am very comfortable with Beth. She is excellent at communicating options I have in treatment and very thorough in providing explicit instructions.

It was nice to hear that my bone was healing, to know that I should continue with the bone stimulator, my choice of nutrients, and exercise.

I love my visits to Dr Patel....not the procedure I go for, but, the staff is caring and friendly and Dr Patel is just awesome!!!

The PA listened attentively to my description regarding what activities led to specific locations of ankle pain. She conducted a thorough exam and assessment, following which she gave a detailed explanation as to what she diagnosed the problem to be. She thoroughly answered all questions and has a great bedside manner. Also, the staff waited for me to check with insurance regarding a recommended ankle stabilizer being covered. Great visit!

Staci took plenty of time with me describing details of my upcoming surgery in terms I easily understood. She also was very patient waiting for any questions I had and answered them thoroughly. I never felt rushed and left the appointment more relaxed and feeling more confident in what to expect post-surgery. Thank you, Staci!

Logan listened to my symptoms and spent time with me to figure out my problem . The staff are always friendly and efficient without rushing you through.

First and hopefully only time I have needed them. I will say they are a well oiled machine from the moment you walk in until you walk out. Everyone I had contact with was extremely helpful and friendly. Would not think twice about going back if I had the need.

I had hip replacement surgery on both of my hips. Dr. Patterson and his assistant, Beth, were very knowledgeable and professional. They spent as much time with me as necessary to answer my questions and address any concerns. Both of my surgeries were very successful, and I was able to quickly resume my normal activities. I recommend them very highly.

I was very anxious when arriving at OIO. I thought I was going to hear I needed my left hip replaced. I was greeted with a friendly face & only waited for a short time before the x-ray tech came to take x-rays before my appt. Adam Homan came in, introduced himself & proceeded to go over the x-rays with me. Much to my relief, I have acute bursitis. He gave me a steroid injection & an order for PT. Very professional, prompt & personable. I recommend OIO highly!
