Normal for this pharmacy is quick friendly, service. Sometimes the drive thru is closed, and sometimes there is a line, but everywhere is understaffed and overworked. Rite aid remains one of the best pharmacy options in our area. If the occasional issues become recurring I might reevaluate, but much more often than not I have great experiences from this pharmacy.

I couldn't believe how kind everyone was here. The pharmacy was fantastic. They all tried their best to help me. In the front of the store is the photo area and I was so lost. The young lady came over to help me and I think I may have confused her. But she never gave up. It was slow in the store so she had to excuse herself....but asked me if I would be ok for a few minutes. I said yes please help the other customer....I'm in NO hurry. She came back and helped me and I was on my way. Very impressed with everyone at Rite Aid.

Uneasy experience. Heard an older lady in the pharmacy yelling at another girl, calling her stupid. Younger girl started crying, older lady began laughing in her face. Younger girl walked out. Uncomfortable and unprofessional

Not me being the girl that got yelled at.
Worked in pharmacy and told by making simple mistakes i am making myself and pharmacy look stupid after being there for 3 weeks. Management warns you about certain people when you start because of how directly and indirectly disrespectful they can be. When I toldy manager I felt disrespected by a certain lady she told me I can’t expect much else from her it’s just who she is.
They can’t keep a good crew because of the hostile work environment. The work wasn’t bad at all it was the people and work experience.
Giving 2 stars because they have good deals that’s about it.
