This is my favorite nail salon in Columbus. I have been coming here for years. I used to live in Powell and the location was very convenient and now that I moved to New Albany I still come all the way from New Albany because of how much I like this salon. My favorite nail technician is Doris and she is amazing! She knows how I like my nails and she does an amazing job every time! The salon is clean, they have all the new products and colors that you need if you want your nails to look great! Everyone is very professional and also very attentive and friendly! I definitely recommend Doris, but if she is busy any other technician will take care of you and you will look great!

I love how friendly everyone is and the quality of my services. Angie is fabulous!! Whenever I bring my daughter, age 9, they do such a great job and pamper her just like they do for me. Haven nail salon is the perfect salon for any nail service.

I have been looking for someone to do my nails for YEARS - ever since my fav mail artist moved away. Rosie CRUSHED IT! I wanted an ombre coffin set with modest sparkles (you can see it on the thumb close-up) and she nailed it (pun intended). I've found my new nail artist! 💅🙌🏽🎉

Clean freshly sanitized tools opened right in front of you, You are asked to wash your hands before services are performed 👍. All technicians wear masks👍. Massaging pedicure chairs👍. Clean boutique. Friendly atmosphere great experience. I loved the experience. I will definitely be going back.

They always do an amazing job on my nails. Prices are fair. The ladies are nice. They speak Vietnamese, and I have no idea what they're saying, but I don't mind. I'm pretty new to getting nails done, so I like them short. I'm a nail biter, but acrylics help me to not do that. This set was $30, and took about a half hour. I was a walk in, and they got to me in about 10 minutes.

I was pleasantly surprised by this salon! I didn’t catch the name of the woman who did my pedicure, but I loved her! Everything was very clean. Her tools came out of a sealed package, she wore gloves and a mask and had the plastic lining in the water tub. I wasn’t thrilled with their color choices, but I was able to find one I liked. Their prices are a bit high, but it’s worth it for the high quality work. My one real complaint is that the towels were very scratchy, but maybe they’re not all like that.

Aaron is amazing! All the staff is very nice. Must try this spot you won’t be sorry.

I’ve been going to Haven for a little over a year now! Rosie never leaves me disappointed. Her artwork for the nail designs are amazing. She also makes sure my acrylics are super thin & not thick.

I get acrylics and gel with Rosie—she is a perfectionist and I love that! Very nice salon, clean and efficiently run. So glad I found this place!!

LOVE THIS SALON. Normally I try to find a salon that is near my home but but if I were to move even an hour away I would still come to the salon this is the only place that I have genuinely never had issues with. Occasionally I do break a nail or need a repair but they get me in immediately and they are super nice. I am a bartender so the nail breaks and repairs are normally my fault and not based on their amazing work
