I have had several screen savers that have lasted no time at all, I stopped at the ZAGG kiosk and spoke with Brooke. She was very helpful and placed a new ZAGG screen saver on my phone in just a few minutes. Her knowledge of the different options helped me make a great choice.

I stopped by this kiosk in the Polaris Mall to have them replace my cracked screen protector on my phone. They were friendly, efficient and did a great job applying the new protector flawlessly. They were also able to look up my warranty and only charged me the $12 fee. Easy!

I needed a privacy screen put in my new phone, but was I a rush to make an appointment about 20 minutes away. I couldn’t believe how quickly and professionally Brook (I think that’s her name) got it done. She also told me about registering and replacements should I need them. I was in my way in minutes! Perfect experience.

I have used ZAGG screen protectors with all of my phones…and did so again today with my new iPhone15! The kiosk is conveniently located outside of the Apple Store. The service was immediate and friendly! Highly recommend the product and the personnel!

My old Zagg protector was damaged and when I saw the Zagg store at the Polaris Mall, I had to stop. They were super fast, maybe 5 minutes total, and super polite. Price was great too! I will definitely go back.

I love the warranty policy on Zagg products! It’s always quick, easy and seamless. The staff there, especially Chloe is always pleasant. They don’t hassle you about why you need a screen replacement you’re able to get in and out in a timely manner, which is very important! Wonderful service.

The associate I worked with was incredibly helpful and friendly. I was not happy with my initial screen protector (bad choice by me) and she helped me with the new selection and application. The ZAGG plan for replacement is excellent!

Amari was great to deal with… pleasant and professional! He explained that there is a 12.99 charge for the replacement and on line replacements are considered free but…. You do have to cover shipping. This cleared up my misunderstanding of the warranty process and it’s always worth having you guys do the installation since, in the past, I’ve had experiences of air bubbles under the lense.

I appreciated being able to get my broken screen protector replaced so quickly and painlessly (I always seem to get dust under the protector when I do it myself but the installation of the new one was perfect!) Damahri was very friendly, too!

I’ve been using ZAGG for a very long time and they never cease to be consistent with their customer experience! I even left a bag with NEW iPhones and the woman helping me with my new screen protector found us across the mall to return it to me!

Damahri did an excellent job changing the screen protector on my son's phone. He was very fast. The service is reasonable which is why I plan to always buy Zagg.

Brooke did a good job, got my screen taken care of. Got me a camera lens protector too, and told me about 250$ towards a phone screen work in the event that your screen breaks when there’s a protector on it.

I've been going to this zagg location since they first opened (8-10 years?). They are always speedy, friendly and provide good value on my screen protectors. I love getting the glass protectors which are replaceable for a discount if they are damaged.
