The most enjoyable pleasant helpful dentist office I have ever been to they're very kind and sweet to my daughter as well very nice people and you can tell they really care about their patients. And they are very polite and very professional 100% across the board my daughter really felt comfortable and liked them they definitely put a smile on mine and my daughters faces and made us feel comfortable I definitely will be returning. thank you so very much also for your patience and dedication.

I am a patient at precision orthodontics, I’ve never had a bad experience or appointment, they always worked with me when I had to reschedule an appointment overall it’s a good orthodontics in my opinion

I’ve had my braces for 2.5 years and I had a wonderful experience each and every office visit! Today is the day I get them removed but I want to thank you guys at Precision for the excellent care..!!!

We absolutely love this office! We have 4 of our kids currently with them. The staff is friendly and accommodating. My oldest recently got her braces off and they did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them and will be using them for my other kids when they need braces.

Prior to the change in staff, it was a place I dreaded coming to, Dr. didn’t run it how it was suppose to. When she came to look at me she never even said hi or let me know what wasn’t going on. And all reschedules took a month, it was crazy. If you didn’t follow what they wanted (Ex. Flossing , wearing elastics) she would force you to get silver instead of color bands. It was bad. Now that the staff has changed it is the BEST! I wasn’t aware of the staff change but when I came into their location for appointments the staff is always friendly very sweet even the dental assistants! The Hispanic male young assistant is so friendly. I forgot his name. Upon being seen by the new dentist (I sadly forgot his name too, I’m just bad at remembering them) he introduced himself and spoke to me about what he did every time he saw me. When I was having pain getting something removed by the assistant he stepped in and made it comfortable. I had to reschedule an upcoming appointment today and they moved it from nov 9 to the 12th with ease! 10/10 would recommend please keep up the good work

I don't understand why a lot of these reviews are negative. I've been going here for around eight months now and I love it. The people who work there are nice the receptionist is always very sweet and welcoming. I've never had a problem with rescheduling an appointment and they're always understanding if I call and say I might be a little late to my appointment. The environment is super friendly and everyone that has worked with me has done their job really well.

We have been coming here for over 4 years, third child to get braces. I want to say how much I appreciate Aries. She is definitely a face you want to see when you walk in the door. And a cheery phone voice. I really appreciate all of the staff here, the girls are very nice and professional. Thank you staff!!!!

Lewis orthodontist is a great place for families or really anyone to get their braces. They are friendly they work with you , get you in and out in a good time span. They even remember your name. I love the atmosphere when I come. Today I get my braces off and I'm kinda sad to see them go.

Since, I have been coming to Precision Orthodontics the whole entire team has great! Very professional Jayla and Crystal always take great care of me.I enjoy coming here the environment is pleasant and warm again Jayla is awesome she always engage a conversation with you very nice and always let you and what do with the beautiful smile I’m receiving far as care. Today I got my braces back on. The staff is really nice, and explains everything they are going to do. At the end of the first visit you go into an office to talk more about your braces and what's expected in the future and what all you have to do. Then you get a rewards card in which you can unlock a lot of prizes by doing simple things. its a nice environment, with nice staff!

After visiting a different Precision Orthodontics that I didn’t care for we switched to the Lyndhurst location and WOW...night and day. The atmosphere was so professional and everyone was so nice and helpful. I can’t say enough good things about this location and the staff...Julie the office manager and Lisa were great! If you need these services, you need to go here!

My son and I was referred by a friend. We've been going since 2013 or 2014 (braces then retainer) can't recall. Have never had any poor or bad experience. Always courteous, pleasant staff. Never an issue.

I love DR LEWIS ❤ & her STAFF!! I brought my 14yr old Davion here on Dec 5. I was so appreciative how quickly Dr Lewis sent off his paperwork. I received a call on Dec 14 stating he was approved had me elated !! He's here today Dec 19 getting his procedure. idk about anybody else, but it was a speedy process for me.

My next son Deon who is 12 had 12 baby teeth still in his mouth back in 2016, 2 yrs later once all his baby teeth are out he's already had his appliance & Pressure procedure. Now, I will PATIENTLY wait for his perfect smile in about 5 months from now. My experience was, & is a BLESSING 🙏🏽

EXCELLENT customer service! The staff is always courteous and the office environment is always pleasant. Latres is always very helpful when she assists us.

My experience here was great Latres was nice everyone was nice and they were very gentle and made sure I was okay.

I have a great experience here every time I come. Professional, friendly and precise. I also had a good experience with one of the staff members krystal, highly recommend.
