This was a great place to get a nice workout in. My husband and I just signed up without viewing the facility first and we weren’t disappointed. The equipment is up to date, the treadmills specifically we’re touch screen with fans and TVs and the owner allowed us to bring our kid while we worked out. I also loved the discount for adding my husband to my account, it was only $25 extra a month to add him.

Derek and his staff are always pleasant and extremely helpful. I can’t say enough about this gym. As a Marine with more than 12 years on active duty I exclusively use this gym when I come home on leave. It’s close, clean, has all the equipment I need and always available. It has the equipment I need to do interval training or traditional lifting. The high quality treadmills also allow me to do cardio rather than running in the cold.

I’ve been a member for 8 or 9 years and absolutely love the staff and atmosphere. ANYONE could feel comfortable joining and getting involved at ANY fitness level. Staff is receptive to requests and suggestions, and 5am classes and amazing teachers over the years like Chelsea and Lyndsey have made this gym irreplaceable.

Love this gym. They have all the equipment you'll ever need. And the best thing is that it's 24/7. You can get in with your key card at any time.

plenty of free weights, lots of machines. Open 24/7 amd usually isn't too busy. The owner Derek is cool.

Clean, excellent machine access and not crowded.
