My husband and I have had some rough experiences with cell phone providers, but here at this Verizon store with Jacob Reichert we had the best service by far. Thank you Jacob for your wonderful and caring service. You heard us and worked with us to provide us with a plan that was right for us. He went above and beyond for us! We also had spoke with Kory and he was also a big help.

Love Love Love this place. Always happy to help (and take my money lol) prefer this over the actual Verizon store anyways! Got watches, cellphones, and an iPad here. The staff is always friendly and I feel valued. We will be back!

This is long overdue review for Jon.
He provided us with the best customer service we have ever received from Verizon. My phone was not longer operable and he helped me and my mom with trade ins. We were informed of all the offers available for us and explained in detail the costs fees. He was really proffesional and patient with all of us. In the end we walked out with 2 new phone upgrates, a tablet and a couple of plan upgrades too.
Thank you Jon for everything!!!!

I wanted to update my post. I went back into the srore today and was helped by Eddie. He was great as well, friendly and knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and had me out the door and on my way in no time. Thanks again! I really like this Verizon Store!

Went today because I was experiencing issues with my phone. Turns out I was in need of a new one. Even though it isn't required for him to do so, Alex helped me to file an insurance claim and have a new phone shipped out to me. He was extremely personable and professional. I highly recommend going to him next time you're in the store.

Went in with a malfunctioning phone on 12/2, received a clear cost/benefit analysis for repair vs. replacement, and Alex then spent over 7 hours during 12/2 and 12/3 transferring photos, contacts, etc. to a new device despite having to do research and extensive troubleshooting. Alex was exceedingly patient, professional, and dedicated in dealing with (and working around) exotic errors and issues with the old phone to prevent data loss. So long as this site employs folks like Alex, they will have my business in perpetuity. Would highly recommend.

The customer service was great! Shannon is awesome. She made sure we were pleased with everything we got. The process was very easy but because we got so much stuff it took awhile but Shannon was very patient. We will definitely send her some customers. We are very happy to be a part of the Verizon family!

I actually visited this store several times over the course of a couple weeks, twice with my still broken phone (not due to this store) and once with my replacement phone fully backed up, operational, etc. Each time I left, I was highly satisfied with the level of care and customer service.

I have never received such amazing service from any Verizon store before this one. Upon my first visit, Alex successfully helped me diagnos the problem, provided further direction in contacting VZ warranty services and while I left with a broken phone, I left confident and pleased with my visit.

After some not so awesome conversations with VZ warranty (not the store), Eddie then assisted me in contacting them an additional time, asked the correct questions, worked to troubleshoot the issue and went above and beyond to make sure i was heard and had all my answers before leaving.

After receiving my phone, I chose to drive back to this location even though there are several stores closer to me because I had such great previous experiences. Eddie again assisted me and got my replacement phone set up, old phone boxed up and made the entire process as easy as possible for me. I cannot thank the Clearwater team enough for their amazing customer service.

Excellent service I'm not lying , walked in the door instantly got helped . Was a very positive experience. I bought my last handful of phones online, this is way better than buying online Sean knew his phones . Figured out the best option for me and it wasn't the most expensive option .Transferred all of my contacts and everything else that was downloaded on my old phone to a new phone. I appreciate Sean's patience ,because I'm not a up on the latest a greatest phone technology so he explained everything in simple terms to understand.

Ryan really helped me with adding a new line to my account. Helped get me the best promotion, accessories and protection for my device. Really appreciate the extra attention he paid towards my account to make sure everything went well. Highly recommended!!!

Hunter and Joel were incredibly helpful as they provided us with the best promotional options regarding our purchase. Their high level of teamwork, efficient and quick assistance, and clear communication while we switched carriers and bought new devices was immensely appreciated! Friendly, knowledgeable staff that showed several options to help "fix" the issues we had. The options were not over the top expensive, only increased our monthly payment a few dollars. Very satisfied overall experience. Thank you.

Switching was BY FAR the best decision me and my boyfriend have made! We went in there just to get some basic info and see exactly how much it would be to switch and Shannon stayed and was very patient with our questions! We went through information for 2 hours and Shannon didn’t mind. She worked hard and made sure she got all our questions answered and when we finally switched, she made sure we got our phones as quick as possible. Amazing customer service!

Anthony and Jeff were extremely helpful in getting my Mother's phone set up. Great customer service and very friendly. Much appreciated and much better service than any other Verizon store I've seen.

Great first experience from Krista Phillips as a new Verizon customer!
My husband and I went in to switch from Boost Mobile to Verizon prepaid and I had bought Verizon phones online to bring and activate.
I knew it was going to be a process - over an hour and a half, to no fault of Krista. She was nice, patient, and worked steadily to get us what we went in for.
We walked out very satisfied with our experience. Before we left, Krista made sure to reiterate that if we need anything else, we can contact her directly st any time.

I had an awesome experience! Adam was able to explain my bill to me in a way I could understand. He made learning from him very easy. I had several questions regarding how to use my tablet and he was able to answer all my questions but most importantly, was able to show me how to use it instead of just doing everything for me. I will be coming back to this location for years to come. I recommend this location to everyone.

It was a good experience. Everyone is so nice and helpful. Shannon was the person who was working with us and evertime we would ask a question she was always answering them to the best of her abilities. Would recommend to anyone to go there if they are thinking of switching over to Verizon.
