The to workers working both had a friendly smile both greeted me nicely it was very friendly even though I didn't know what I was doing they explained everything to me and how to do it and just I love coming to the store coming to the store tomorrow more than any other store there is in Tri-Cities because a friendly atmosphere just everyone who works here is amazing

I have used this UPS store over the years for shipping services. Which was always done well never any problems. But just this year I started going in there frequently even renting a mailbox . I look forward to seeing my two favorite clearly Minda and Daisy ( I hope I spelled their names correctly) . They not only are very efficient and knowledgeable. With a smile on their faces they are friendly, kind , courteous not just to me but I see that is how they are with everyone they help. Today for me was a tough day just having them there with that great vibe and service changed my day . Thank you. This seems to be kinda a rarity nowadays. I hope you two are recognized as valuable employees and rewarded in the way you deserve 👍👏

I have gone to this UPS location for years and I have a lot of positive experiences with UPS and the location employees that are employed. Great job UPS! Now I think your pricing is a little high for some things, but that's not about the location that's about UPS corporate. The staff here have always helped me with any questions I might have. They do get busy and there might be a line depending on the time of the day or season. But again that's not a UPS Kennewick problem but just life in general. Thank you for your hard work and dedication to customers.

Always taken care or me fine... but, I also know how to wipe my own butt. Don't go in with odd expectations and expect an cookie cutter solution. Smh on prior reviews.

I have a good experience every time I go here. The store owners often work shifts and they are very friendly and professional, and they train their employees to be the same. They make it easy to ship packages and have an impressive variety of printing services.

Aaron helped me laminate a 'homemade' poster using a new machine that was pretty techy...he figured it out and the final product was exactly what I wanted. He definitely knows how to multi task while maintaining excellent customer service.

They have comped my print job twice now. They are professional and courteous to everyone who walks in their doors. Well done, UPS, and thank you!
