The service one the day I came was superb. Teagan was amazing and suggested different flavors for our affogatos and answered many questions with a deep knowledge of his craft and a concern for people getting what they want. He also made us feel important by continuing conversation as we made our way through the line. 10 out of 10 would recommend.

Was surprised to see how many comments are talking about rude service. We went at a very busy time and they were very nice. Ice cream quality was good and they were generous with portion sizes.

Yesterday we returned to Haagen-Dazs for after skiing ice cream and smoothies and all was great! Yummy and good service!

Great ice cream and the staff work fantastic during rush. Ignore the salty tourists. Most places are still way understaffed and working really hard to compensate!
