I usually load up on my polos when they go on sale and recently realized that one of them I had bought was a Large and not a XL like I usually buy and what was on the tag. I called then came into the store and the manager Lance helped me out in exchanging this out for the proper size without issues. Great customer service throughout in picking a new size and exchange

We live around the corner and decided to shop and grab a bite to eat. Food was great as always. Employees are always kind, cheerful and on point. Restrooms are clean. Atmosphere is always awesome and the food was delicious. Peach Ice Tea is SOOOO DELICIOUS 😋

Great store experience. I come here every time I'm in town. Every one here is helpful and knowledgeable. Plenty of styles to choose from and always well stocked. If you love the brand this is the place to shop

I couldn’t mention everybody’s name here but comparing to other polo Ralph Lauren stores, Ontario store offers outstanding service and the quality of service is very high.

On top of that, this store has a wide variety of products and colors and sizes. This makes me so easy to shop here.

Excellent shop! Open 10am to 8pm every day. Loved shopping there! Workers are really nice, friendly and helpful! Lots great choices. Worker Cheyenne is the best! Amy and Candy are so helpful!

Alana is the best sales associate, ever! I was calling all the outlet stores “near’ me looking or a particular item. She was the 4th I tried and the 1st to ask if I had an item number, I did. She looked it up and told me I could order it if I went to a store. There was a store 30 miles closer that I did go to to order but if I had more time I would have driven the 45 miles so she could get the credit for the sale. So nice, so helpful. I’d give more stars if I could.

PRL is quite possibly my favorite brand. This particular store is an outlet store so it's less costly but carries different items from the main store. I have found some real gems that I'm proud of here. The staff is extremely helpful and the quality of their clothing is real good for the price.

I went to polo ralph Lauren factory store in Ontario mills with a friend, and when we entered the store we were looking for some shirts and than the girl that was working at that moment, did really good service by helping us find some nice polo shirts. And she also did good service by showing us how the sizes were to know if it will fit nicely and also to buy the right size. And than she helped us nicely when we were ready to pay for the shirt. She talked nicely to us plus she was really helpful on the way she helped us find the right size of the shirt for my friend. So for me, the girl that was there when we went in, she did really good service by doing everything the right way on being nice and helpful to us. And she also did a nice job on the way she was putting everything in order for her store to look nice for the customers to see everything nice and clean. So I will definitely recommend anyone to the polo ralph Lauren factory store in Ontario mills for all the good service the girl did while we were inside looking for a polo shirt.

Good selection of clothings, pants, jacket, shoes. They also have children section. Some items are 25% discount.

This is some big outlet store in Ontario Mills mall it wasn't very crowded the line to purchase like to people in front of me I waited maybe 5 minutes if that and it's a Sunday so maybe that's the day to visit and shop except next Sunday as mothers day so do it before then

Don't forget to getthe mall coupon for an additional 30% percent off. But you can't access it in the store. You have to physically be outside the store.

Clothes for women, men and children. The prices are high even if it's outlet. But it's still a good place to buy Ralph Lauren's clothes
