Disney Store

I stopped at Disney Stoe yo buy Christmas gifts, bought toys and gift card's. Associates were friendly and courteous with all the shoppers inside the store they made my live easier.

Fully stocked , and during Xmas shopping ! Very organized, plenty of employees to help you . “ Bought apparel with great discounts”! Recommend this outlet Disney store!

God, this store gets my wallet every time. I can't help it. The sales are off the charts. I come once a month only, otherwise I would be in the poor house. Some items are at Disneyland and for like 65% less than the parks. I love the Disney store!!!

Disney has a great selection of gifts for boys and girls of all ages as well as princess dresses for that little one.There are even cosplay for the big boys and girls that want to have some fun and be a bit adventurous.

Store clean and this sales person was very helpful.

Today on our drive to Disneyland we decided to stop at the Ontario Mills Shopping Mall. While there, we had an extremely scary situation: a potential active shooter situation. People started running to the back of the store where we were shopping and I had no idea what was going on until we were all in the employee stockroom and people started saying to call 9-1-1.

The Cast Members at the Disney Store were phenomenal. From the get-go they were calm, and took control of the situation. Where there could have been panic, shooting, and trampling, there was instead a calm atmosphere through the duration of the lockdown. After getting everyone in and locking the door, Cast Members periodically let everyone know where the restroom was, offered the few chairs they had to anyone that needed them, and even found some Disney paper activities to distract the children (and adults!) until they got the all clear for us to exit.

I wish I could remember every Cast Members' name, but the only one I recall seeing was Angel. Every one of them were fantastic in a high-stress situation. I tried to thank each of them individually, but: thank you Ontario Mills Cast Members, for taking care of me and my family!

Long line but worth the wait! Whole wall of clearance and tons new stuff every time we go

Fun experience but felt like a store associate was around each corner asking if they could help. It went from feeling helpful to feeling overly watched. We stopped on our way back home from a Disneyland vacation. We still have $300 on a gift card to spend. We spent about 1/2. The prices were great compared to the park.

The cashiers are always nice and it's a good place to get some stuff on discount as it's the official outlet store

Not too crowded. The cast members were nice. The store was neat and clean. I was impressed with the fact that they are requiring masks and only allowing so many people into the store to time.

There staff is amazing! I just bought my 6 year old sister new Minnie ears for when we go to Disneyland in January and I bought my boyfriend a cute Mickey Mouse mug! There prices are very reasonable and affordable!

There was a manager she was so nice so kind but I think they had to transfer her to another state. That store was the best store ever all that manager was there now that she's gone it's so so I give it a three star

Love how organized open and clean this Disney store is. Always greet you when you come thru the door ! Just sucks they don't provide you with a bag like the rest of the mall does. But the bags they do offer are spacious and you can totally re-use! I love that !

Love it!! I love that you can find Disney Park merchandise discounted. Recently I found a cap that they no longer had at the parks for $8 vs 27! Friendly staff that always tell me " Have a magical day!"

I love going in here they always have good deals! Very happy with my purchases today.

Love this Disney outlet store. I always find great deals and awesome prices.

One of my favorite places to go, they always have cute item and good service. I really loved the fluffy line, now I have to see what else is coming.

Somehow, the staff keeps this store clean and in order. Good selection here. Couldn't find any books, though. Definitely family and kid friendly, obviously.
