My recent visit to The Slope Room in Vail, Colorado was nothing short of exceptional. From the moment we entered, we were greeted with warmth and hospitality. The ambiance was inviting, with a cozy and sophisticated vibe.

The culinary journey began with the short rib, a true masterpiece of flavor and tenderness. Each bite was a delight for the senses. The lions mane mushroom was a revelation, showcasing the chef's skill in elevating this unique ingredient to a level of pure culinary artistry. The combination of flavors and textures was nothing short of exquisite.

Overall, The Slope Room exceeded all expectations, delivering a dining experience that will be remembered and we can’t wait to return!

Beautiful restaurant . Excellent service and the food was amazing. The squash soup is a MUST and try the spicey margarita . We loved also the trout and filet mignon. The apple crumple and baked Alaska were delicious .

Great atmosphere, great service, food was great. Wine list is very good and thought through. Definitely recommend this place. Ask for the fire place table. We loved it. Very romantic for two.

Came here for our celebration, and it was not disappointed. They saved us one of the best view table at the restaurant, and the serve - Josh - was top-notch. He was so patient and helpful in walking us through the menu explaining dishes and even helping us pick out our order. We had such great experience with the team at the Slope room.

This was the best dinner that I had during my stay in Vail! The service was so so but the food
was outrageously good. I had the Mountain View Pork chop with sweet potato and Brussel sprouts. It was so tender and flavorful and everything was seasoned perfectly. I could order it over and over again if it didn’t make me
curious about trying everything else they have on their menu. My mum ordered the beef short rib which was so warming and delicious. Love love love this spot!

My husband and I had our anniversary dinner here, what an amazing experience! Everything from appetizers, entrées, dessert and drinks were all 10/10. A lot of care goes into each plate. Everything was cooked and seasoned to perfection. The drinks were unique and well made. Friendly and quick service:) Very expensive and WORTH every penny.

Best coffee in the village. From a classic black drip coffee to a cafe miel latte this place is flipping amazing. Amazing ambience inside as well. Our breakfast food was good and filling—would definitely eat here again. We will be getting coffee here from now on as it’s simply the best—after trying a handful of the other coffee shops in the village.

My parents, nephew and I ate here after skiing. We tried the three course menu for $60 per person and the starters, entrees and desserts were fabulous.

The pork belly starter is fatty but not overwhelming. The grass fed ribeye was cooked perfectly medium rare but it needed more salt. I’d buy your steak from somewhere else.

In particular the roasted cabbage and blackberry uzo dessert were perfect. I’ve never had cabbage this good. All four of us loved the blackberry dessert. It was perfect.

The ambiance is five stars. The service was five stars as well. Well worth the price.

I absolutely love this restaurant. The salmón was the best salmon i have ever had. The tuna poke was delicious. And dessert s’mores type dish was perfect. They have seedlip non alcoholic cocktails that was so so good! The waiter, Matt, so tentative and sweet. He made the experience better. I would say this restaurant is very similar to Michelin star restaurants I’ve been to in the past.

While it's a little bit on the pricey side, the food quality was quite good. However, considering this is Vail, it's good value where for lunch you can get an Italian sandwich and beer for $16. We were there during the summer when it was pretty empty and found the service to be very good. The truffle fries really stood out as the best thing that we had, but everything was good.

The pork belly was amazing and a very nice portion! The service was excellent, but it's off-season, so they're weren't pressed. The drinks were very good. I would definitely go back, better food than expected in a resort area.

Super stylish restaurant with velvet banquets, toasty fire, eclectic wine list and menu offers, and friendly, hipster service. We had the prix fixe three course: Korean short ribs, salmon, and Baked Alaska, and the wagyu, simple salad, and cabbage. The cabbage was our favorite dish - It really takes an experienced chef to make cabbage so freakin delicious!

Excellent food with excellent service!
Our server was so nice and friendly to us.
We had a great time in Christmas Eve and we were so impressed the food.
We didn’t have high expectations before we came here. But it was absolutely the best restaurant we ate in Vail.
Love the lamb shank, mussel & onion soup!
Will definitely come back here when we visit Vail.
Recommend to everyone:)

Another delightful night on the books at one of our favorite spots in Vail. We were so excited to be seated in front of the fireplace, a very romantic spot if you it is are looking for a special table. The bartender came over to our table and talked to us about the new winter craft cocktails and mocktails, we love that they change seasonally. Our server, Diego, was delightful. He was very knowledgeable about the new menu offerings and if it was not for his recommendation we would have missed out on the White Tuna Crudo as a starter. I had to pork chop and my husband had the salmon, both were delicious and perfectly cooked as ordered. We passed on dessert this time, but our favorite is the S'Mores Baked Alaska, a restaurant standard. If you are looking for a great place in Vail, Slope Room is a must. We come every few months as the Chef changes the menu for every season and the flavors are amazing. The ambiance, staff and food are always on pointe.

We had a wonderful evening here. The food was great (specifically the Bison ribeye is highly recommended). The service was prompt and they also had a great bar with a nice selection of bourbons.

Terra bistro is located in a hotel. It has excellent food made with fresh ingredients and produce from local growers. The Pork chop was excellent. The dessert I believe it's called ORPHATTO was so good. Make sure you get a shot of espresso poured on top. it made it one of the best desserts I've ever tasted. the ricotto bruschetta that we shared was amazing. It's a little cramped but that's the only negative make sure you book early on OpenTable for reservations.
