We had a warm greeting at the front desk when we checked in. The room was spotless, and the beds were very comfortable. The breakfast was better than most of the hotels that we have stayed in, the biscuits and gravy or delicious. We really like the location being just down Valley from all of the aspen ski resorts

The beds were comfortable, the rooms were clean, pet friendly, pool, hot tub and a view with continental breakfast.

Great, pet friendly stay in Carbondale. Johnny was very friendly and showed me how to walk down to the river behind the hotel and where the dog park was. Room was clean and quiet and breakfast was great with lots of healthy options (fresh fruit, peanut butter, hard boiled eggs). This place checks all the boxes so look no farther!

Great hotel with river view on the back which I loved it. Cleaning staff were awesome, the rooms were so clean every day because of them. Johnny was also wonderful and helpful person, he helped us showing nice trails and elks to see. The only thing I recommend is some nice decorations for the swimming pool area. Thank you!

The friendliest staff. Great service. Amazing views of Mount Sopris and the Roaring Fork River. Nice comfy rooms. Hot tub is at a good hot tub temperature.

Great location for a ski weekend in Snowmass. Beds are comfortable.

I like the king bed room with two twins, we brought an extendable shower curtain rod and 2 curtains to put up as a divider between the two sections of the room for privacy.

I loved the breakfast - they provided biscuit and gravy, boiled eggs, fruit, bagel/muffin/bread.
They also have water station in the hotel!

We stayed here bc there weren’t any rooms available in Glenwood Springs. The pool was great and so was the hot tub. The staff made us feel like we were at home. Breakfast was good and this hotel is located conveniently.

I think it said you could bring your pet as well.

Family friendly. The only negative is that the walls weren’t insulated very well and people heard my loud family and we could hear others. Still 5 stars!

Exceeded my expectations! The service was exceptional. After I checked in, Linda called me in my room to make sure the room was OK. Room was quiet and comfortable. Breakfast (included) was actually good compared to most free continental breakfasts. I did not use the pool, hot tub and sauna but other people seemed to really enjoy it. This place would be great for family or if you are staying in town for work or play. I would definitely stay here again.

An older property but very clean and well run, with a laundry mat inside. Great place when you are visiting the area and need to do laundry mid vacation road trip. I would highly recommend.

We stay here around Thanksgiving every year and we absolutely love this place. This hotel is reasonably priced, the location is amazing, it is dog friendly, and has clean rooms.

Customer service is always great! All the staff is very friendly and we enjoy talking to them. They are all very helpful and accommodating.

Enjoyed staying at this hotel! Owners and staff were very helpful and friendly. Safe and clean rooms and property. Great location....close to historic downtown and close to many other places with trails, rafting, shopping, restaurants, hot springs, etc. Will definitely stay here again when in this area!

Stayed here for a week while on vacation and couldn't ask for a better place. The hotel and rooms were nice, clean, and comfy. The staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. The views from the hotel were amazing.

Clean and decent place to stay. Has pool and souna and a common balcony for guests. Some of the rooms got a good view of the snow cap mountain. Staff is friendly and welcoming.

I had a great stay at this hotel. Linda, at the front desk was very nice and extremely helpful. My room was clean and overlooked the river. The bed was comfortable, the Wi-Fi was great and the shower was good. Breakfast was the very basic kind with the exception that they had biscuits and gravy which I now think every hotel should be offering. I would definitely stay here again. On a side note, just across the street to the South is a restaurant called The Goat which was very good.

Great clean room, friendly staff and the pool, hot tub, sauna was a major plus. The Breakfast could use a little love.

Clean Hotel! Didn’t eat the breakfast, so I can’t mention anything about that. Service was great room was super clean recommendable

Very well maintained, very clean and nice. Which is not always the case with these road side hotels. Extremely nice and helpful staff. Very reasonable prices for the area. Beautiful view, right on the river and very easy access to the road. About 40 min from Aspen. All in all- a great place!!!
