We live in the high desert by the victor ville mall and the Zales store is so rude I rather drive 45 to and hour to the Ontario Zales store and have Alicia help me with all my orders I will never work with Victorville store ever again, we love how welcoming the store is and I have 2 more orders on the way and I just had my future son buy at Ontario zales

We love this Zales! My husband bought my engagement ring, wedding band and the additional band to upgrade my ring set for our fifth wedding anniversary. We come regularly for cleaning and inspections. Alma and Alicia have helped us from the start. It's always a warm welcome when we come and enjoy our visits. I've even bought earrings and bracelets on other occasions and the jewelry lasts and sparkles! I highly recommend shopping here.

I would HIGHLY recommend this location! They have so many talented and amazing staff! Wish I had all their names but I love Alisia hands down, and I completely see and understand why someone would travel to whichever location she ends up working at. I've had the pleasure of having wonderful and splendid conversations with all the staff i've encountered and had help from. Always looking forward to stopping by when i'm in the area!

Alisia was amazing! I've been looking to buy an engagement ring for a little while now and she locked me in on the perfect ring. She was professional and showed me all the different options while also explaining diamond quality.

I was looking for a mother's day presents. I was having a difficult time deciding what to buy for my mom and sister. Alisia was so kind and patient with me. She was awesome. Her suggestions were on point. Happy to say that both ladies loved their gifts. Because of her friendliness and honesty I came back to buy another piece of jewelry for Father's day. Bear with me!! I don’t usually write reviews but I’m going to rave about this one** :D As a first time customer at Zales I was incredibly impressed!! My fiancé and I had the pleasure of working with Alisia, the store manager, to find my wedding band and I fell I love with a ring that had to be a customized special order (of course haha). I had no idea it could take up to 10 weeks! But when I tell you Alisia was on top of it she was the epitome of customer service at its finest. She went above and beyond to keep me informed on its tracking info and even reached out to ensure my ring would be delivered directly in store to cut back on shipping time! My ring has just arrived 12 days before our wedding and I’m obsessed!! It’s incredible and everything I wanted and more!! Alisia, thank you so sooo much for helping to make this happen for me, us. I hope you read this cause you truly a gem and my fiancé and I are so thankful for you and your amazing staff to make this happen. 10/10 recommend to everyone!! The whole staff and especially Alisia are really awesome to deal with. Alsisia has been at the store for years and has always remembered us and helped us out. She's honest and really friendly. No pressure from her whatsoever. She just wants to make sure your taken care of and she knows her stuff. I would not go to any other Jewelry stores

Alma and David provided the best most comfortable non pushy customer service I’ve ever received in this industry. Both of them worked as a team and listened to my wants and concerns. Alma is very knowledgeable and doesn’t make you feel less than for asking a question. I couldn’t be more happy with the service and my purchase! Can’t wait to pick up my ring once it’s sized.
