COVID Drive-up Community Testing - Durango

Staff was Professional, kind, courteous.. The swab wasn’t that bad, my 3rd time and this nurse did it quick and smooth. I didn’t experience much discomfort, just for a brief second. I recommend this drive up, just don’t go early or late in the afternoons.. those are the busiest time to go I was told..

Was headed to the Fairgrounds to get my two young children tested and discovered they were closed (not sure why?) and I ended up here. I’m really glad I did as there was no one in front of me so they took me without an appointment. Registration and paperwork was quick and easy and Nicole who took their samples was quick, kind, and efficient. I highly recommend this testing facility!

We were able to get same day appointments at the same time for multiple family members. We had our lab req in hand after online registration, drove up and we’re checked in immediately, and then drove to the testing area and we’re tested at the same time by multiple staff members. All in all the process took less than 5 minutes. Staff was friendly and helpful. Was told to expect results in 24-72 hours.

Both staff members that we encountered were very patient, professional, and kind. My children were nervous and reluctant and the woman obtaining the sample was reassuring and gentle. She gave them both lollipops after. I appreciated the registration woman’s patient waiting while I tried to find something. My kids agree that this is a Number One place to go if you have to get tested.

I signed up online to schedule a covid test so that I can safely go meet my new Granddaughter.. a baby born during all this craziness. It was very organized and only 2 cars were ahead of me around 10:00 am.
It was swift and efficient. Now I’m waiting for the results...so pleased to see progress with more testing sites available

Our family made an appointment in advance. If you decide to make an appointment, make sure everyone who is getting tested fills out their own individual form online. Service was quick, easy, and everyone working was professional and friendly.

My family and I signed up online. once we got there the process was easy peezy. We arrived a few minutes before our appt. time which was 10:00. The total process took 5 minutes.. The employees were great and efficient.

We just went through with my daughter. It was efficient, organized, and quick. The people working there were extremely nice and thoughtful. I was highly impressed with their professionalism.

Service and staff did a great job. They were polite and efficient, did a great job with my young son and us. The only problem was the address listed. The listed address is on the wrong side of the street for an unrelated business so make sure you pay attention to the signs

The woman who talked to us was very helpful and patient.
The people who tested my boyfriend for COVID was friendly and gentle.
The lady who took our blood was very professional.

I got tested here today. The intake staff was friendly and knowlegeable, and the nurses did a great job - it didn’t feel as bad as usual!! Thank you all for everything you’re doing right now to help us out!! 🙏

Everyone there was friendly, despite it being freezing cold outside. I'm so thankful those people were there, helping the community. Lets all hope that 2021 is a better then 2020 (cause lets face it, 2020 blew!).

The 3 workers who helped me and my 3-month-old through the registration and testing process were kind, patient, and professional. They are doing necessary work with heart.

Everyone at the drive-up was professional and thoughtful. Extremely efficient system. Appreciated the humor of the two staff members administrating the test.

Super friendly, professional, fast, and pretty painless when compared to other places where the swab is plunged in there for what feels like an eternity.
