I lost my credit card in the store. Initially they didn't find it, even when I went back the next day. A few hours later, manager Alonso Stewart called me to say he had it. He said he used Google to get my phone #. He is a a great helper. Thanks.

This is my go to Starbucks, yes they have one in City Market and yes we have a drive thru stand alone Starbucks . However the Baristas at this location get my drinks consistently spot on every single time. Chefs kiss 👌

Their Salt and Vinegar chicken wings from the hot deli are bomb!

We were in town camping over my son's 6th Birthday. We came in only 2 days before to order the cake. They said that wouldn't be a problem. They did a fantastic job on his cake.

Editing to add Dave on isle 3 brightened my morning. Very professional and his kindness and happiness was much needed this morning. Thank you. Clean store. Great selection. Lots of sale items.

Always have ample supply of things.

I’ve started to come to Albertsons more often than city market for many reasons.

There’s room to park! City market has the absolute WORST parking in Durango.

It’s always stocked! You’ll 100% find what you’re looking for every time. Unlike city market or Walmart.

Akami noodle bar in the parking lot is an absolute must every time I visit Albertsons.

Best Grocery parking in town! We love this grocery for the fresh produce, the bakery with made to order birthday cakes and challa bread. I also love the selection of dried fruit (big bags of dried mangos). La Croix is always in stock. Love the bags of homemade soft, fresh cookies.
This is our go-to grocery shopping for an easy dinner from the chicken wing bar, or the take and bake dinners and go-to salad selections. Management, please consider ordering more inventory for the chicken wing bar. 50% of the time that we come in for the chicken wings, your product is sold out and it’s only 6:00 PM. I wonder if this happens to other customers, too? We love the chicken wing bar and its variety. Please continue to keep it stocked.

Had everything we needed. Lots parking

This is a full service grocery store with a deli, bakery, sushi man, small pharmacy, bank, and much more. Prices are consistent with the competition. You can score lower prices using their app and "for you" deals which can be significant. It is located just off Animas River Trial with both steps and a wide pedestrian/ bicycle path leading to the parking lot.

They didn't hassle us about masks....especially months later... Like some other stores. Pickup is great! All the employees in pickup work hard to make sure everything is 100%. Update.... they have a security guard....but he doesn't tell the homeless that bother customers to not do that.... so is he a real security guard?!?!?!

Friendly staff and clean location. Huge shout out to the bakery at this location! Compared to all the other bakeries I've been to at the other Albertsons, this one is the best!! There's a closer Albertsons to my house but I don't mind driving a little further down to this one. Karen at the bakery is so nice and sweet! She makes my visits to the bakery very pleasant.

This review is about a year late - Nevada in the bakery is AMAZING. My aunt was getting married in Durango last July, and I was desperately searching for a bakery to complete a wedding cake. I was able to speak with Nevada on the phone and she was extremely kind and courteous - and made us the perfect size cake within my budget. 10/10 recommend asking for Nevada. She’s so talented! I’ve thought about this cake review for over a year and belatedly wanted to give her credit. Thank you Nevada!

After shopping a few times at another market, up the street, I was starting to think this town was just rude and grumpy. I was so tired of being treated rudely that I decided to try Albertsons. Wow what a difference! Friendly people. Well stocked shelves. Clean. Helpful. I am glad I found this store. What a difference a few blocks makes. The variety is better too. Every employee I met was kind and cheerful. The view from the parking lot is pretty nice too.

Kinda Love the selection, compared to Albuquerque, Albertsons. If your looking for a different taste to that of the 505.

I like Albertson's. It's pretty much my go-to store everyday, plus my bank has a branch there.

The best grocery store in town. Excellent produce as well as seafood selection.
Update: they also have a great pharmacy with excellent prices. You can also get many different vaccines at their clinic (COVID, flu, tetanus, etc.). Staff are awesome and always friendly.

Shop here often has what I need most of time.

I was parked in front of a broke down van with a lady and a 15 yr old dog in front of Albertsons. (Heard her speaking to others in the parking lot on the age of the dog). I couldn't help with car trouble, but I did reach out to them with a little undercover love 🐕‍🦺👏♥ love #durangoco and where I live. Animal lovers be kind 💕

It's the best grocery store in Durango. Nice parking lot, friendly staff, and great prices.
